Absolutely done with this business. After several no shows and zero communication I will no longer waste my time with bad customer service. Critical: Professionalism Wish I didn't have to give any stars. Upon driving home from work today I pulled up behind Woof Wagon and decided I would pull into the left lane to pass Woof Wagon. This seemed to aggravate said driver of Woof Wagon as he let loose all of his waste water all over my car and others. I decided, since I figured it was an accident, to call the number on the trailer...6156638139. Upon calling the Woof Wagon phone number, I asked to person who answered if, "they were in a Red dodge truck with Woof Wagon on the side?" His exact response to me was, "yeah and are you the white car in front of me?" I replied "yes, and your grooming trailer just dumped all of its waste water all over the road, my car and others." To my astonishment, he interrupted me and said, "I don't F-ing care about your white car or anyone elses'." Pretty much the end of the story right there. I filed a police report and he dared ask me if I would come talk to him. Sounds like a threat to me. I highly advise you keeping your special dear friends away from this groomer. He seems to have many other issues in life right now that do not need to be taken out upon an innocent animal. Extremely bad attitude, hateful, rude, uncaring and flat out a mean person. So used Woof Wagon for the first time on Sunday. I found them on Nextdoor and seemed like most of their reviews were pretty positive. I called after hours, they finally did get back to me 2 days later to book. I had them do my 3 small dogs. I dont believe I recieved my discount for 3 or more dogs or for being a first time customer. When we finally booked. They were already about 15 to 20mins late, they messaged me to let me know they are running behind. I was not super excited about the communication but I get stuff happens. The 2 ladies did a great job with my dogs. The convenience of not having to get the dogs in the car and take them to our normal groomer was nice. They actually did a better job on the cuts than my other groomer as well. I like that the dogs are never in kennels, they take them back and start working on them right away. I paid $225 for 3 small dogs which does seem high. These are all yorkie sized dogs that did not have super long or matted hair. I really liked the service but $225 for 3 small dogs to be groomed seemed high. I believe I paid around $160 or so at the other spot. I may use them again but I may give another mobile groomer a shot. We shall see read more

I got 3 huge dogs (65, 85 & 95 lbs), so it is like a circus act getting everyone to the groomers. I saw their van driving around so I got the info and check them out on the website. I thought hey what the heck, I will try it. First time they came in Nov 2014, the dogs were a little scared but when I got in the van they jumped in too. They were happy and waggy tails after the bath, short nails, and smelling good. Second time they came back in Mar 2015, 2 of 3 dogs just jumped right in. Again everyone looked great and smelling good. I loved the fact that they come to you and it is not that much compared Petsmart. Plus I don't have to wash my car every time I take the dogs to the groomers! Win-win! read more

Had such a great experience with my pup! Being a pandemic puppy he was initially terrified of other dogs, but after pack training I noticed a significant difference in his behavior. He definitely has more confidence. The staff is extremely kind and well versed in dog training and also understanding of overprotective dog moms like myself, they constantly sent updates all day long. read more

First time using them. They didn't have a crazy wait. I think I scheduled my appointment about two weeks ago. They showed up exactly what time they said they would. We talked about Baxter's hair cut and then they told me it would be about an hour. It was just about exactly that. Bax looks good and I am happy. Worst customer service ever! I got on the website and filled out the information and they emailed me back saying someone would get back to me about time and date. I did that on March 8th and I chose the date of March 14th. I heard nothing back about confirmation . I left another email on the 11th about no one getting in touch with me. NOTHING no call no txt no email. Sunday the 14th I'm waiting from 8 am until 2 pm and NO ONE SHOWED!!!! Are you kidding this is how you run a business. What can I say! Just randomly spotted them on yelp and decided to call them. With most groomers booked out until the end of the month, they were able to accommodate me the next day, which is unusual, especially for a mobile groom. They were prompt and communicative. I showed Michelle a picture of how I wanted our pup too look and she nailed it right on the head. You get what you pay for and it's top notch service at the convenience of your own home. We just had the best experience! My sweet girl is 13 years old and has never been groomed before. I usually just wash her myself, but she was shedding like mad and her nails had gotten very long, making it difficult for her to walk on tile. Because of her coat, nails, and recent anxiety in the car, I decided to hire Woof Wagon to come take care of her at home. It was amazing! They were very caring and amazed that she had never been groomed before because she did so well, but I know that it was because they made her feel comfortable. They were done in less than an hour and she is like a whole new dog! She even has barrettes, which she isn't sure about, but I am thrilled! I have been using Woof Wagon for about 3 years, they were always great the last 2 times I used them because they were suppose to just come out automatically every 3 months, I've had to call and schedule the appointment. This last time in Laye December I had my Missy groomed the did amazing as always but it was very difficult to get the appointment the first time they never showed up I called and something about the groomer haveing to be in the hospital. But sence they are the only ones that I have ever used I rescheduled. I just contacted them today to get my Missy groomed and now I'm informed that they don't service my area anymore because of the construction on the I10. I loved this company but sucks that I didn't even get any worning that they weee pulling from my area. read more

I would give them a NEGATIVE star rating if that was possible. On a Friday,I tried booking an appointment online for that weekend. I didn't expect to get an appointment for the weekend but I figured it was worth a try. They called on Saturday afternoon to book my appointment, said they had been out of town. Okay, not a huge problem. They were able to get me in on Tuesday. They warned me they might be a bit behind schedule that day, still not a problem. They called when they were on there way because they were behind schedule. I get it. Things happen. Once they were here, they did an okay job. Not overly thrilled with the work but it's very hard to find a groomer I like. Really overpriced. $155.00 for a nail trim and 2 very small dog grooms. I figured I was paying for the convenience. I asked for an itemized receipt via email to find out the actual breakdown in charges. Shortly after they had left, I realized that we never received back 2 of our expensive custom dog collars and tags. I called them and had to leave a message. Never received a return call. I called a second time about 12 hours later and did not receive a return call until 2 days later. They left a message stating they "might" have our collars and they would get back to me. I heard nothing for another 2 days. I called again and left a third message finally telling them if I did not have them back in the next 2 days, I would be sending them the bill for new collars and tags. I received a return call back about 10 minutes later and they told me they had broken the cellphone used for calling clients and their email program was not working and that is why I did not receive my receipt. I told them I could careless about the receipt at this point, I needed my collars back. They said "oh, that's right", like they had totally forgotten about them. I said I would never use their service again because of this and they said "okay". I was told that I would get them back as soon as the van got back. I finally got my collar and tags back around 7 pm. However, they REEKED of cigarette smoke. I've washed them numerous times already and the smell has not gone away. It looks like I will need to buy new collars after all. read more

They just finished grooming our girls earlier today. We were so pleased with the service. They were on time, made our dogs instantly comfortable and very friendly. The van does not need to hook up to your water/power. In two hours they finished our two girls (50 and 60 pounds) and they looked so beautiful, all their loose hair was gone! The dogs were both very calm and not worked up like when we picked them up from petsmart. It is more expensive then taking them to a grooming shop, but they are both seniors and I am uncomfortable with them being shoved in a cage for an hour while waiting their turn. And honestly, it was maybe 10-15% more than taking them somewhere, so really not bad. We are very satisfied and will use them again. Thanks! read more

Talked to Austin to schedule appt. for both our Bichon and our Huskie. Austin put us down for Monday the 25 th at 5 pm. I knew it was Memorial Day but thought they might still work on that day so I didn't worry about it. 5 Pm came and went. Called Austin and he pretty much said he spent remember me or our conversation at all and could not work menu until the 5th. Terrible just terrible service and scheduling. Now I have to start my grooming search over. He mentioned 10 dollars off but that doesn't help very much right now read more

I'm a writer but there's nothing much to say about the service received from this groomer except that it is hands down the best dog grooming service we have ever had. Called and received a same day appointment and they were upfront about all the services and cost. Upon arrival, the groomers were the most friendly and very personable. They took to our dog and made her feel very comfortable. In a short time, she was shiny and ready to impress. Her smell was super clean and it's very apparent there's a CLEAN dog in the house. They did a good job but were a bit expensive. Our two big poodles were matted so we had them cut down completely. Our small chihuahua got her glands cleaned.Our total was $290. We have never paid that much and that was with a 10% discount. Guess the search is still on for a reasonable and reliable groomer. They were also about 45 minutes late for our appointment. I called and made my appointment and they called when they were on there way. Once there, she informed me that they may have to use my water as they were low and had other appointments after mine to go to also. I initially said ok, but after a few seconds, I went back and asked why did you need to use my water when the the website states you have your own water? She then said "Hun, we had 6 clients before you... I can't remember what else she said at this point. I then said, well this will then come off the bill then, right? She then says, well I guess I can take $5.00 off. I walked away but I have to process this and a few minutes later I knock on the door to tell her to stop the whole thing and I see my smaller dog completely wet and she has started cutting my other dog's hair. I tell her that I am concerned about her filling up her water tank for others (which is what the assistant was saying) and she said "No, the water would only be used for your dogs". At the end of the service, she overcharged me. I have a Shih Tzu/Bichon Frise mix approx 11 pounds and Miniature Australian Shepherd approx 27 pounds. She told my daughter they were both medium dogs! I unfortunately was on a conference call and could not confront her otherwise I would not have paid that amount at all. I specifically asked that the hair behind the ears of my min Aussie be cut and she was butchered behind the ears! Needless to say, I will NEVER use them again! read more

We called to make appointments for our dogs at the beginning of December and were able to schedule on 12/23/15. On the day of the appointment, less than an hour before the appointment they called to cancel saying they were double booked. They didn't offer an apology or try to reschedule but left us high and dry right before family came over for Christmas! Luckily we were able to get in same day with petsmart. We called a week ago to schedule an appointment for our chihuahua terrier. He is a rescue so taking him to petsmart to get groomed really stresses him out. We decided to give this a try, it seemed pretty legit. We talked to Austin who scheduled us for Sunday June 7th at 8 am. He said he would call the day prior to confirm our appointment. We ended up calling him since no one had contacted us. When he answered he had no recollection or any records indicating we had an appointment at all. He then said he could squeeze us in between 3-4 as long as it wasn't going to run into his other appointments.... Needless to say we cancelled entirely and Austin was very quick to cancel out the appointment. He was not even the slightest bit apologetic for HIS mistake. They were recommended by several people in my community. Not having had a dog before which required grooming made me cautious at first. But my family and I are really glad we called them. The groomer (Michelle) showed up on time and explained everything she could do. She listened to us and made recommendations. Couldn't ask for more. We've used them twice so far and are very happy with how our mini aussiedoodle came out. Reasonable prices even for someone who wasn't used to having their dog groomed. Typically (for me) there has been a two week wait which is not an issue. Can't beat the convenience plus they are very friendly. read more

If I could give them zero stars I would. I had made an appointment last month and ended up having to reschedule it. Yesterday was the appointment day and they did not show up so I attempted to call and spoke with the owner. She stated that she may have forgotten to the save the appointment time and said that happen sometimes. I told her we waited all day and that it was an inconvenience for us that we waited for them to show up and they did not. She then got really nasty with me and basically said fuck you bitch and hung up on me. I attempted to call back a few other times and when she finally answered she was very disrespectful to me. I'm just trying to understand how an owner of a company will talk like that to any customer. And she also said that she thought she hung up before she said that which either way it's still not right.They seem to never be available and they have the worst customer service ever I would never recommend this place. read more

Thank you Jackie at Woof Wagon! Our dog looks terrific and he is very happy. We too are happy with how well our first appointment went. Our dog has had problems with previous groomers places (mostly other dogs and down time) but i think we found our new favorite! This was so less stressful on him and us to have the one on one attention, staright through process, no distractions, and if mommy/daddy was needed we could be brought right there instantly. I will never do a drop off service again. This is so convenient and so much easier. No stress! I was highly impressed as my dog has had to have muzzle on the entire process because of his uneasiness and nervousness. Jackie only put a cone on him for grinding his claws/nails. That is monumental for this dog. So glad we tried this out. So doing again. Our previous groomer was $45 plus tip. Woof wagon for my size dog was $65 inclusive. We were actually cheaper because they offer new customer discount. And my friends who referred us got a discount too. For the cost it really made it woth not having to drive him in car, gas and all the run around. Super convenient. They also offer a online profile system so you can add notes and instructions for the visit. Plus they came to Tolleson Az! The only downsides: reviews i had read mentioned bad things about a "austin" who answers the phones. I facebooked their page to get basic info and ended uup speaking with owner who assured that the issue eas low staffing and getting better system to book appointments. So that concern was resolved once i dealt eith Austin on phone myself to set up the appointment. I was supposed to get a reminder phone call day before but they had sent a appointment confirmation right after i setup the appointment with online profile info. Appointments eith Jackie were about 2.5 weeks out so i had plenty of time to rearrange if i needed to. But customer service was really really good. Jackie was late from appointment before us but she called to let us know and it was no problem. She was done with whole job under one hour 15minutes. Last groomer was 3 hours plus. So i was ecstatic. Was super hassle-less and wonderful. These guys should be top of your list over any drop off service/store. Worth the money! read more

I just got my dog Missy groomed by Woof Wagon although they were just a bit late they had the courtesy to call and let me know they were running late. They called when they arrived like I asked and my dog immediately fell in love with them. They took about 1 hour for their services but it was totally worth the wait. My Missy looks beautiful.
