It's family owned and operated which means they care for your pets as well as their own! The staff is always kind, respectful and very helpful. My Huskies love coming here and I highly recommend them! Thank you Victoria for always going above and beyond!

You most definitely need to take your furry family member to this lovely team of groomers. Recently adopted a dog who needed serious, TLC. They were able to accommodate a last minute appointment and did a fantastic job At showcasing their tremendous skills in dog grooming. My wife and I have 05 rescue fur babies and our previous groomer shut down recently. We always try to support our local shops and family owned businesses, especially when it comes to our pups. We decided to try Diamonds in the Ruff and could not have been happier. We took our dogs in for a nail trim and had to take them in rotations. Victoria was amazing with them and was able to accommodate all the pups. All of the pups have different personalities and they all took to her and her brother Christian right away. Victoria also did a great job and was thorough when cutting their nails. We will be taking our Pomeranian and Terrier back next week for grooming. They exceeded our expectations. read more

I took my fur baby, Truffle, to the groomer *Diamonds In the Ruff* today. She had gone to a groomer years before in PA but she's 6 years older and I was worried about her. Well! They were super nice, took less time then expected and charged less than what I was quoted! My cat is currently laying with her belly exposed and I'm a happy mama. read more

Diamonds in the Ruff is my go to Groomer! Denise and her team are always professional and treat my fur babies with love. Densie does a great job bathing and grooming both of my dogs. I moved to the area a few months ago I found this place on my phone. It is close by my house so I thought I had found a groomer for years to come. BUT when I picked up my dog he was in obvious pain and he looked at me like he was just tortured. His tail was broken and he no longer likes to have it touched something he enjoyed prior to his visit to diamonds in the Ruff. Stay away!!!! Terrible customer service as well!! read more

I went here after doing some research and I'm so glad I did. My Chihuahua hates getting her nails clipped. She's always fidgety and anxious. Well I went here and we were done in less than 5 minutes (I really think it was more like 2 minutes. I was too in shock to truly notice). My pup didn't even flinch. Though she did poo on the groomer (I'm so sorry) because of her nerves, but I think that had more to do with my driving. I will def be going back. read more

My pups love it here. They always look amazing! Place always smells clean and there is a profesional staff. I have an anxious pup and I really appreciate the option that she doesn't have to be here for hours. There is a few, but it's small and well worth it. read more

We've been taking our cats there for over 2 years and Denise & Gill are fabulous with them. Denise is fast and both of them are extremely nice. We will keep taking our cats there for as long as we have them. If we had dogs, we would take them too. Great people to work with and they're prices are reasonable. read more

I brought my dog here thinking it would be a better experience then at Petsmart but when I walked in, I already had a bad vibe and wish I would have just stuck to my gut instinct. When I picked him up, his nails were bleeding and I wasn't informed that he was bleeding. I didn't notice until we got home and there was blood all over the carpet and couch. His haircut looked super uneven and it was only $10 cheaper than Petsmart. I definitely recommend just spending the extra money and taking your animal to a place where you know they will take care of your dog as if he is their own. I wouldn't mind the bleeding so much if they had informed me and maybe apologized but nope...nothing. read more

Best groomers ever! The owners are just amazing and make you and your furrbaby feel like family used to live in the area and recently moved about 40 minutes away and will continue to drive here for all my dogs grooming!! He looks perfect every time I pick him up and wags his tail like he has been at the spa all day thanks Denise! You guys rock! read more

Horrible customer service! Groomer was rushing me out and definitely not a people person. She would insult me indirectly as well. I'm a paying customer and damn it I should of not gotten treated like that! She didn't even cut my dog like she normally does but I didn't bother to ask her to fix it cuz she was rushing me out. Rushing me out at the time that she should be there at the groomers instead she was needing to do an errand during her work time. SHAME! That was the last time that I am spending my money on her horrible customer service! If I could put no stars I definitely would! read more

Will never go back. Hit my dog and were very rude to me and my dog. She ended up with blood all over just from getting her nails clipped. They then threw her at me and tolde to get out of there. Horrible treatment read more

If there were more than 5 stars, I would give it! My cairn terrier mix is a rescue so we don't know much about her beginning 6 months to a year of life but we think she was on the streets. This is her first grooming experience that we are aware of. My groomer said she was scared/nervous but when I picked her up two hours later, she looked absolutely amazing! I will definitely be taking here here the next time she needs a grooming. They grooming included cleaning her ears and clipping her nails and all that was $50. Please give them a call for all your pet grooming need, I couldn't be happier with Diamonds in the Ruff!!! read more

I have used other groomers in the past and pass more than a few on my way to Diamonds In the Ruff but well worth the trip. This is the only place I take my pets. We have used their services for years and could not be more pleased with everything! Our pets really love them as well. Our dogs are never nervous going in, always happy coming out. Last time Haley did not want to leave! The owners are the ones doing the work so you know your getting someone knowledgeable, committed, and dedicated to your pet. This place is simply wonderful! I have two dogs that gets groomed at Diamond in the Ruff. When I take my four legged family members here for pampering and grooming, I know they are going to be treated with care. Owner Victoria opens her heart to my dogs effortlessly. She takes care of them when I drop them off and she follows up to see how they are doing later. I have great peace of mind when dropping off my boys- Charlie & Benjii (they're my fur kiddos) I know that they will take their time & have patience with each of them as each of them dislike different things about being groomed. They always look amazing after they're all groomed up. I love how I can also drop them off at the same time & they're finished at the same time. My Alaskan Malamute loves his groomer! Everyone is welcoming, very clean environment. Services done with care and compassion, she is a true pet lover! I have been to a lot of groomers for my pets. These are by far the best! They care for my dogs and do a great job every time! So good to work with and so reasonably priced! BEST GROOMER EVER!!! read more

Her tail is totally raw underneath (even before scooting) and she is in pain; acting like a totally different dog...it is absolutely heart breaking. She came home and the next day had kennel cough even though she has been vaccinated. She also has a cut on her leg from this visit and I am extremely upset and disappointed. $89 for this and now probably a $1000 vet visit too. Do better.

My boys look amazing!…read more I have an Australian Shepherd and a Black Labrador Retriever. They're both big dogs, and neither one is exactly known for making a groomer's job easy. DHDC Mobile Pet Grooming absolutely knocked it out of the park. From the beginning, communication was excellent. I received text messages confirming my appointment window ahead of time, and on the day of my appointment they even let me know the groomer might be running a little behind. Ironically, he wasn't behind at all. I was given a two-hour arrival window of 3:00-5:00 p.m., and Corey arrived right around 4:00. That's about as perfect as you can ask for. The biggest reason we'll continue using DHDC, however, is Corey himself. My Australian Shepherd has previously been labeled as "aggressive" by other groomers when handling his paws and underbelly. Naturally, I asked Corey how he did. His response? "No aggression. He just got a little restless and wanted to lay down." That told me everything I needed to know. Waylon wasn't a problem dog. He just needed someone patient enough to work with him. Both of our boys look fantastic, but our Aussie required the most attention. Between the Grinch paws, the leg feathers, and enough rear-end fluff to qualify for its own ZIP code, he had plenty of work ahead of him. Corey cleaned him up beautifully while still keeping that classic Aussie look. All in all, the dogs are happy, I am happy, and our air purifiers are happy. I've already booked their maintenance grooming, which is probably the best recommendation I can give.

We absolutely loved the groomers and their service and attention they provided our Goldendoodle…read more Groomers are great The complaint I have with them is their scheduling process, they provide the next appointment date but not the time until a couple days prior to arrival, it's difficult for us to make any plans for that specific date. So as their customer, we are stuck until we know the time and by then it's too late for us to schedule other appointments. I understand the 2 hour window timeframe due to travel, traffic and perhaps longer sessions with the fur baby customer, however I explained the morning works best for us because both times we had late appointments, the equipment had mechanical issues and canceled our appointment, so wasted our entire day. The customers supporting their business deserves clear communication and specific dates with a timeframe at the time of scheduling. We have moved on with a more dependable company and the appointment date and time is what you receive.

The owner I spoke with was super knowledgeable and incredibly friendly. (Even my Beagle liked him and she's normally shy with new people. She actually gets excited to go get washed now, its pretty funny) It's so hard nowadays to find people who offer genuine customer service, but Kimbur exceeded my expectations by far. They also carry top brand natural dog food that's hard to find and their prices are fair compared to other pet specific shops that offer similar products. In fact, I think they're slightly cheaper than were I went before. Regardless, the atmosphere, ownership and staff make the place if you ask me. Now if I could only find a car mechanic that was this great!
