I don't just mean the excellent ownership, nutritionists, and coaches, but the other members too. This is a fantastic community that is dedicated to making you a better version of yourself. I've been attending Royal City for nearly 2 years now, and I'll never again look to a commercial gym for wellness. Let's be fair, when you first walk in it can feel a little intimidating. The music is playing and there are probably some people sweating throwing some dumbbells overhead. You'll also be greeted by some friendly members, and welcoming staff. Everything you see happening on the floor can be scaled to your abilities, and like me, you can start right at the bottom. There is no judgement here, and you'll soon be in those classes getting cheered on by your new CrossFit family. Friendship, community, fitness, and nutrition. Royal City CrossFit has it all. I've improved a lot more since joining her classes because Robin is diligent about cueing me on the finer points of alignment to develop a sustainable practice and really understand the pose. For example, I struggled a lot with my hand placement in my planks, and Robin was the only teacher to cue me on how to stop dumping all my weight into my wrists. She's also very understanding and supportive about questions or offering alternative options if I need them. So I am now stuck paying a gym membership for a gym that isn't even in the city I am currently living in as a student with no real source of income. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a gym. I have been part of many gyms and have never had any issue cancelling my membership. I am disgusted in the owners and managements way of handling my situation in a rude manner. I will never recommend Anytime Fitness to anyone (especially this location).

Here you will find a community a family that will motivate you and encourage you on your journey. It's a place where you can go and be greeted by friendly conversation and words of encouragement in your daily lives as well as your fitness goals. This gym is where I was most successful in completed my fitness tasks. I have yet to find a facility with the same atmosphere. There are trainers here that will truly change your lives mentally and physically. I would highly recommend Nick for drastic results however be ready to work for them. Marissa who has completed huge results herself and is now a trainer is an inspiring influence and motivator. Another thing is this place is open 365 days of the year !! Never closes.. And to top it off they just added 24 hours for those members who are shift workers and just can't get in there in normal time frames !!!
