Not great service. Drive through has insane times. Food quality has gone downhill over the last year

Wow! Big waste of money. No value. I honestly have no idea how this place is staying in business. I ordered the black truffle burger because I thought it sounded interesting ,and an order of fries, and a small ice tea. It came to a whopping $18!!! When I opened the bag to look at my order, I was total shocked at how little was in the bag. I think these are the smallest portions of any burger place I've ever seen. The burger is about the size of a small slider. If you're going to pay these prices for a burger and fries, you at least need to complete by giving you a bunch of fries like Five Guys. The taste was ok but not amazing for these prices. No wonder this place was empty during lunch hour. I will not be back. What a waste! Wish I could get my money back. I would gladly throw this meal up, if I could get my money back, but I get the impression that the owner/manager doesn't care. Way over priced! Shakes were Not cold... don't understand that one at all! And the burgers were Cold when they are supposed to be made to order! Seems like a Glorified Steak and Shake! This place is horrible. They have that management that believes if they hi five all the employees once a day then everything is cool. Pretty sad, but they choose trendiness over quality and that is apparent. Food was cold, had to take drinks back that did not taste like coke . Won't be back. read more

We stopped into Shake Shack for a quick meal, I had never been there before. You're able to order at little kiosks when you walk in or go to the counter. The customer service was the highlight of our trip here. Someone came around and asked us if we needed help while ordering, and brought us some waters while we waited for our food. She also came back around to check on us while we ate. Honestly, the veggie burger was just okay, but my partner really enjoyed his burger, so I would say it averaged out! read more

Our first visit here to this fairly new restaurant in Dublin. Not surprisingly, this location is very clean and well staffed. With a modern decor, we sat down to try a burger , fries, and strawberry lemonade. While the burger meat was good with a little crisp around the edges, the bun and other ingredients did not stand out. I also ordered the cheese fries that lacked any wow factor. (Next trip, I'm just getting regular fries to try!) Also tried the strawberry lemonade that is made in the store. While I love lemonade, they went a little overboard with the strawberry to the point I could not tell it even contained lemonade. After consuming my meal, I figured that I am now at my first Shake Shack, so I have to try a chocolate shake! And I'm glad I did because it did not disappoint. It was cold, mixed perfectly, and had a deep chocolate flavor. I will return here to try thr Hotdogs and of course, another chocolate shake! read more

The fries are crinkle-cut and fried to a nice crispness but for me, that shape is "meh" and I only enjoy them when they are piping hot (another reason I am not likely to place a "to go" order - but you do you) What I suspect is great: Cheese fries. Hot Dogs. Actually - anything on the menu. I need to review the menu more closely and see what other sides they have and try them. Based on the expert frying of the crinkle cut fries - they know how to fry food so it is crisp but not greasy. What to expect: 1. Expect them to be busy. 2. I was driving by and thought that a turkey burger sounded really good. I was hungry. I wasn't sure if they had them, but thought I'd hit the drive thru. I asked, but they do not have turkey patties. I got the Chicken Shack and the Cinnamon Roll holiday shake. My total was $14. Hmm, a bit high. There was friendly service at the drive thru, with pretty stringed lights above it. The Cinnamon Roll shake had great flavor, and the sandwich was good, but not spectacular. The buttermilk herb mayo was a nice option. The chicken is crispy, not grilled. Not a good experience at all. Food is way overpriced. Service is beyond slow, went through the drive thru which only one car in it and had to pull up and wait for them to bring out my food. I'm surprised the reviews for Shake Shack Dublin aren't better. We live closest to this location and were stoked when they opened. We try not to eat a ton of fast food but I think we have been here 4-5 times in the past year without many issues, and when we have they have been minimal. Their french fries are my absolute favorite, with a side of cheese sauce. Love the chocolate milkshakes too. The staff always seem friendly and even when there is a line it seems to go pretty fast. Even the twinkling lights above the drive through are a nice touch. I would definitely say it's by far my favorite for traditional American fast food in Columbus. read more

I've been eyeing this location ever since it opened but had yet to stop by and try out the food. I saw the Korean inspired menu and finally decided to give them a try.......I regret that decision. Ordered the chicken and beef Korean sandwiches. The chicken sandwich fell apart and honestly was not good at all. The beef burger had no distinctive thing that screamed Korean burger to me. They both were a huge fail that ended up in the trash.There was also no hint of heat to it either burger. I waited at the drive thru speaker for going on 10 mins before they took my order (it was not busy-only 2 cars ahead of me). Left with having to order pizza since these were a FAIL. The service is so slow even when the parking lot is empty. You walk in and everyone is on their phone or chatting with each other. They completely ignore you and pick-up orders are behind the counter so you need someone to help you. Such a bummer because I was so excited to get this location nearby. Tried to give them one more shot after my last absolutely terrible experience. Orders online for pickup. I get there a couple minutes early, wait.... Wait.... Finally 15 mins after pick up time (2 pm, not a rush hour) I ask where my food is. Another 5 mins they had me my bag and shake that appeared to be sitting for 10+ mins. It was missing a fry. Sandwiches looked like they were there. I get home 20 mins later, completely wrong chicken shack sandwich, I paid extra for cheese and bacon that wasn't there plus a bunch of other mistakes. Drive 20 mins back. Someone finally helps me at the register and I asked for a refund for my sandwich and fries. Not one I'm sorry, nothing, just rang it up and charged my card back. I ordered a pick up: shake stack and paid 14 dollars and there's no stack just the burger . Good thing they remembered to put that in. I want $7 back. Ordered in the drive thru and they didn't confirm what we had said, when pulling up to the window said the total but didn't give a receipt. After paying told us they didn't have avocado so they just gave the burger without it even though it's $3 more for the avocado and there's no refund. The milkshakes ordered were incorrect as well. I was looking for a burger place so much like the California " In and Out " burger so, I thought lets try out the Shack Shack. Turns out I was disappointed. The choices were larger that I expected, the kiosk was another unexpected service. We both ordered the Avocado bacon burger with lettuce, pickles, tomato and fries. Then when we received our meals I experienced a nicely wrapped but small burger, more of a smashed burger grilled to a crisp but not over done. The fries where done well.
