Gahhh Shake Shack why o why did you move into my neighborhood? This location is new, clean and well kept. I ordered through the app and it was a quick and easy transaction. I got in line to go in. One in one out policy. Told them I ordered online and the girl gave me my food. Overall, I'll give them another try. They're definitely going through some growing pains. PRO TIP: Make sure you ask them if they have condiments in your bag before you leave. Handful of people grumpily came back when they realized they were missing their sauces. Highlights - consistent AF! I love shake shack and it never disappoints. - get a burger you fool - even though our food was cold (my fault not theirs) it's still so darn good Lowlights - half and half lemonade and tea was watery. I've gotten this at other places and it was better. Man, we go here so much more than I would have thought when this opened at the end of my block. First time I ever had Shake Shack, I was underwhelmed by the burgers but loved the chicken (bites and burger). But it's just so damn easy to order by app and pick up when ready, we get it maybe once-twice a week...the burgers have more than grown on me and I crave them now. The chicken is a little inconsistent...80% of the time it's great but sometimes it's very dry. Shakes are amazing, a bit pricey but worth it! And the fries and cheese sauce are delicious. Didn't know I was a crinkle cut guy. The rotating flavors are a good addition - didn't really care for the gochujang last few months, but this month's bacon/avo kick has been great. (assume it's a corporate decision, not a local one...) Still prefer In n Out in the ol' fancy fast food burger wars, but this has risen to my #2. Haven't been to any other locations, but this one is good. Excited to see how it will be once COVID restrictions are lifted. Great addition to the neighborhood! One gripe with their app - won't let me add more than 1 sauce to my chicken bites order, and I'm definitely a saucy guy. I've been dying to try Shake Shack, but didn't realize this new location is so close to home! We have tried both their Korean chicken sandwich and their Shack Stack (a burger topped with fried mushroom - what?), and both were amazing. Their crinkle-cut fries are perfectly golden crispy. Also tried a malted Brownie Batter Hot Cocoa shake, and wish I never had - it was just that good, and my body and my wallet cannot afford an addiction to their shakes. Order online for pick-up to speed things up, although both times we've ordered they were 5-10 min behind. Nice sized parking lot that is easy to maneuver. Employees are very friendly, and they have strict COVID guidelines in place. read more

It's so fun to have a shake shack nearby! I personally love their chicken sandwich. Their cheese fries are so good too! Don't forget to grab a shake too! The restaurant is open and airy and they offer outdoor seating as well. It's a little pricey for fast food, but definitely delicious. read more

Slow to prepare orders. Served us multiple undercooked burgers. Claimed they were medium; they were most certainly not. At least they took 20 minutes and serves us cold fries. I don't get the hype. To start off the burgers are small like palm sized small, the fries weren't seasoned just plain ole crinkle cut fries, the root beer float was served barely more than half full and served in a PAPER cup and was very mediocre. The rest of our drinks well they came small too. I felt like this place was just an expensive snack the buns weren't even toasted. To be fair I didn't try the custard so if you are going for the shakes or custard maybe those items are their claim to fame but the burgers well just remember snack. I love shake shack. I used to live walking distance to shake shack and have visited frequently. If I want fast food this is where I go. Ordered online for pick up, on arrival no one was available to hand me my order that sat on a counter until someone finally helped me. I don't know why you would drive to the boondocks to wait in line at In & Out burger when this place is right in the neighborhood. This is a good take out burger place but I miss the liquor store and La Cascada. Yeah, I know the liquor store moved right next door but it's not the same. They "redesigned" the parking lot for this building so now maneuvering in a truck is a bit of an ordeal. But there's no potholes so that's nice. Anyway the burger was good. Not worth the price, nothing special here, paid 7 for a cheese fry with bacon, not even one bacon slice worth on it. I have never tried Shake Shack but my first experience was bad. The burger is much larger than the bun, the condiments are awful no onions pickles and so expensive. The fries weren't cooked and there was no salt on them. It was a to go so I didn't know I needed salt. The coke was small for $2.39. So I have to say I won't be going back to a Shake Shack. This was my first time ever to shake shack. I'm honestly just extremely pleased with this place! The restaurant is so clean and the ordering process is quick and very easy. The food is so good!
