Tea Heaven...It was raining so hard when we decided to walk in to this calm, peaceful place...As on receipt shows the name of host, Bailey Calhoun welcomed us...Such a warm welcoming... I ordered Year of the Dragon Matcha and my friend ordered in the flowers green. We ordered large because we had 2 hrs drive and we wanted to take the rest with us.... This is what we ordered and how much we paid. The exact receipt is copy pasted below: 1 Year Of The Dragon: $7.00 *Matcha (Organic)  HOT $0.00  LARGE $5.00  HERE $0.00 2 OZ COCO MILK (LARGE) $0.75 1 In the Flowers *Green:$5.00 (Organic)  HOT $0.00  LARGE $4.00  HERE $0.00 2 OZ SWEET CREAM *REC FOR LARGE $2.00 Total $23.75 plus tip [[HIGHLIGHT]]They have beautiful decoration and warm atmosphere filled with goodies to buy from tea products, warm hoodies, books, toys, decors and etc.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]The harmony of color, beautiful smell and good energies made us stay there longer then we expected...It's hard to go there and not enjoy all the beautiful vibes and leave the shop...[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'll be honest that we enjoyed every sip of our teas. I tried both of them and they were both great! Real quality tea.... Parking was lil bit a problem but its worth the wait time...I'll go back to this beautiful place again it lookslike a retreat for me...Energy healing...

Truly a treasure of a tea house. The quality and selection of the teas is outstanding. [[HIGHLIGHT]]A whimsical selection of merchandise and cozy (but not frumpy!) atmosphere makes one just want to stay there.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I visited the shop yesterday and got large Sweet Cream Matcha. It was not good at all. I was told it was made with ceremonial matcha but it did not taste like it at all (I make matchas at home all of the time). It tasted very watered down and thin. The matcha was also not fully disolved and was $14, which is just crazy!

I've been here a few times and for some reason it's always closed. [[HIGHLIGHT]]But I was so happy I came in it's very small but quaint and has some really great items.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]Everybody was very happy and relaxed.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Incredibly low cost on the items comparatively to elsewhere. Was definitely enjoyable!

It's been a week and I am still thinking about the Persephone tea that I had here. I regret not buying the bag of it To go, and will buy it next time we are in town! It was the perfect tea to cool you down on a hot day. Cute selection of tea and health related goods for purchase. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Nice little sitting areas inside and outside of the shop.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Loved the different blends of teas available, and the staff were super helpful with answering questions and providing suggestions.

Great tea shop in Idyllwild! We have bene walking past this place for years and finally stopped in. Wow, we were missing out! It started with the "welcome" as we walked in. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is very nice and decorated very well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Customer service was awesome. We were helped in deciding what we wanted and how to drink and steep and condiments for the teas. The had a great selection of teas. We ordered two cups of Chai's to steep in house. Silk Road and I forget the name of the other Chai. Both were very good. We will be back for more!

Came to have some tea while needing to take care of some correspondence while we were in Idyllwild. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I loved the interior of this shop! So well curated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I'd definitely be coming back and spending more time here in future visits to Idyllwild. The tea selection itself is solid - not the most comprehensive or unique but pretty good for a small shop in town.

When it comes to hot drinks, I happen to fall squarely into the tea crowd. As someone who spends most of his time in the states, us tea lovers do not have equal representation when it comes to specialty shops. So I was so happy to find this place in the heart of Idyllwild. There is an astonishing selection of teas, all of which can be enjoyed on-site, or to-go. You can tell how well they know their stuff because my cup was labeled with the time to begin drinking, allowing it enough time to steep. The tea itself was brewed perfectly and tasted great; one of the best I've had outside London. This was a great way to start a relaxing morning in the mountains. I look forward to returning the next time I'm in town.

What a find! My father, daughter, and I stumbled upon this place. From the outside I couldn't quite tell if it was open or what it looked like on the inside, but I'm glad we went in. There were a bunch of delicious sounding teas to choose from and the woman working helped us find the right tea. I chose the "weekend in Barcelona" iced. Which was delicious- even my 2 year old liked it. The pastries all looked great, but we chose the chocolate chip cookie and it was out of this world good. My favorite part was that they had a few toddler toys tucked in the corner; some small building blocks, a bluey doll house, and some legos. This made my visit infinitely more enjoyable. Will be back!

Barista was unfriendly, took 10 minutes to make a citrus iced tea that tasted like store bought iced tea and costed $10.

In September 2025 they moved across the street from their old location (I got lost finding the new shop!). To save you time finding it, it's tucked behind The Owl Pine Shop, which is to the southwest (left) of the Speakeasy Bookmarket and Raven Hill Bagels/Collective. If you're driving up North Circle Drive towards Humber Park, it's on the left, across the street from the record shop past Nomad Ventures. I'm not exactly sure where you're supposed to park, but I parked on the street. They have these nice aluminum cups and will discount future drinks if you bring it back (my cup is a few years old and looking great). The coffee is really phenomenal -- I only drink black coffee. My iced coffee was massive and $5 with the discount for the reusable cup. They offer beans too (didn't see the price) and they have these fancy dark chocolate bars that probably would pair well with a coffee. Staff is always friendly!

The highlight of my last trip to Idyllwild was enjoying a Vietnam light roast in this serene little space. You can buy freshly roasted bags to take home. Incredible. The owner knows his stuff- just ask and he will recommend the perfect blend or single origin bean for your palate whether you are new to specialty coffee or an experienced connoisseur. What a pleasure to be in a coffee shop run by someone who loves coffee as much as I do. I will be back every single time I am in the area. Thank you!

Anytime we make a day trip up to Idyllwild, this place is always a definite favorite. Summer in the mountains with ice cream dripping down your hands. The good old days when you were younger but now it's in a cup...lol... Messy and sticky fingers hits differently these days when you're older. Saturday afternoon and there was a line at this place. Good for them and thats usually a good sign whenever you go somewhere. We've been a few times and each has been great. It's a little ice cream shop along the main strip of town. Their downtown area where all the restaurants, shops, wineries and so on. Always a line when we come but it does move fast. The menus on the front counter wall so you can check it out before you get to the front. After you order, there's a pager that's given to you. Pick up is around the side when your pager goes off. It's not a big ice cream parlor, with 2 small tables and chair in-front of the ordering counter and a couple of bigger tables on the side of the building. We went with the sampler tray I believe it's called. Four different flavors in individual cups for 12.00. It was a little wait as it seemed like there was only one worker on deck. She was taking orders and scooping the ice cream. The other person could be on break or lunch. Anyways, it was ok. The four flavors were quite nice but one was just ok. Our least favorite, the coconut which was an additional 1.00 added to the order. The others three was excellent. Of course I would forget the all the flavors but remember the one we didn't like. Ice cream was great, the one we enjoyed. It was nice to just have a seat and enjoy the treat. Everyone that was there was doing the same, enjoying their treats. It's like a staple here in the mountain. I didn't know if there's any other ice cream shop in town but this one is worth it and alway a must for us when in town. Until next time.
