However, I had one experience with my Brazilian that caused me to want to cancel or replacement the treatment of that area. Simplicity wanted to charge me the $199 cancellation fee for the one area and continue to bill be for the other two areas. Cancelling the Brazilian would've changed my bill by a few dollars and I still had until August 2026 (A year from now) until my sessions are complete. I won't allow them to keep getting my money after charging me the full cancellation fee for ONE area of three. I don't recommend Simplicity due to their policy and not because of the employees necessarily.

I have almost no hair returning on my lower legs. Still very happy with the technicians I have seen (only 2). They make the experience very comfortable and are easy to talk to. The facility is extremely clean and well kept. Appointments are always on time and sometimes even early if I am early to my appointment. I have loved my experience so much that I decided to add underarm and upper legs to my package starting at my next appointment. So far, 10/10 recommend.

No one came up to ask if I needed help, so I went to the front and asked for assistance. The one I wanted was out of stock (only the display was there), and it wasn't labeled/placed right so they couldn't even tell me the price. The girl opened the drawer underneath to check and it was completely empty, so I'm guessing there might be some stocking issues too. She didn't offer to check the back either, which kinda sucked. I ended up finding something else, so not a total loss. Overall great Ulta, just wish the customer service and stocking were a little better.

The color is a warm inviting light aqua (erring more on the blue side) with white and beach grey accents. It was very clean and organized. Stepping into the facility, I felt like I was on vacation. She was very consultative and really listened to me. It is the first time i feel like someone was working with me instead of trying to push products or services. I see why all the reviews are so positive! I also booked a facial for my mom and she was of the same opinion as me. She also made my mother's skin look really beautiful. It was glowing, healthy and hydrated.
