The estimate to kill my existing well, was not a surprise, as there is so much construction in our county, that I knew all the well companies have been busy. When I did an AI search, and Aqua Source came up in the list of best rated in my county, I called hoping they could help me. I did get an almost immediate response and an evaluation of my well. Ok, let's get on the schedule, I said, and they did the rest. They applied for and received the permit, and when they arrived several weeks later, which was a blessing in itself, they evaluated by some kind of test the existing well. There was a blockage, that they were able to clear. Now I knew this was a blessing, because - I had a working well that same morning. Any other company may have been less scrupulous and just charged me for a whole new deep well...I am truly grateful for the folks at Aqua Source and highly recommend them to anyone with well issues. I can pray you all have a situation which can be rectified as mine was, but I am certain, if I indeed needed a new well, they would have been the right company to drill it. This kind of thing ( Over-Promising, and then Under- Delivering) is typical with an inexperienced, newbie business owner, and would have earned a 3-start. But when he failed to show up at all, and failed to answer our calls -- well, that is simply rude and that's what dropped it to a 1-star. I'd recommend you hire someone else.

I called Heidekruger Well and Pump and they came out and sleeve our well head in 15 minutes and everything was completed neat and clean with no hassle. Can not recommend them highly enough! Their explanation is they "have been doing it this way for 40 years." It's very clear that they don't want to make it easier for clients to pay them. They also don't mind losing business over it. If they're old school in their payments, they're probably old school in every other way. If this works for you, hire them. I used to be one of their clients, but their inflexibility regarding payment options was an inconvenience that led me to hire someone else.
