Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well. The technician worked late and when finished, explained the control box and shut off for the water. The technician did all that was needed to renew our sprinkler system. He put in a drain pipe connected to my downspout and a drain box on the other side of my screen door both connected to a drain pipe that led to a bubbler about twenty feet away. He assured me that this would take care of my drainage issues, or he would come back and fix it. When the work was completed I paid him in full and when it rained later that day, and ever since, the flooding around my door and onto my patio continued.
