The girls they sent to my house were amazing. They were trained very well and did not need to be asked to get to work. My dad really enjoys having them, which was a total shock to me because he can be very difficult to work with. I would recommend Synergy Home Care to anyone. If you call me for an emergency and I come why am I still responsible for paying you the hours you wasn't needed! I think this was a rip off and because of this I would advice anyone who use them to understand if there is an emergency make them stay whether you're home or not because you was still pay.She sat for 3 1/2 hours and got paid for 10hrs. I think thats GREED! Will never use this company again. Please read page 8 but it says nothing about emergency!!!!!!

Although Temporary Home Care did not have staffing in my area on such short notice, they recommended another company that was able to help. Temporary Home Care did follow up with me the following Monday to make sure my father had care, and they had even found staffing for him if necessary. They were very understanding and supportive of my situation, and that level of consideration and care means a lot.
