I asked a few questions as I was not sure she was a fit for what I wanted. In the end we set an appointment that I just now am leaving so very relaxed. Just want to sit in my car and take a nap. I sit at a desk all day and slouch and the job is very stressful so big knots be gone! And they were! Magic hands and highly experienced. I pull into the parking lot. The spa shares the 3333 building with other businesses.... Very easy to find. The space is clean and comfortable. There is a shared restroom that's locked but Heidi will unlock the door for you. The men's room is very clean. I was led into the room and asked to undress to my comfort level and instructed to lie facedown with the towel over my bum. A knock at the the door and it was on like Donkey Kong. Before we started Heidi asked me questions, I answered and her program was on point. It's like really good food. The office is decorated in a modern black and white scheme. The massage room was quiet and comfortable. Teri went over my history with me and explained the process. I was just given the surgery and sent home. A week later I had bad left flank pain and fever. I went to the ER and I have a UTI and kidney stones. Did you know 30% of people that get surgery on or around the abdomen have a higher chance of getting kidney stones because higher levels of oxalate being released!? Well I didn't! I needed some relief but not a regular massage. I found the lymphatic care center website and I visited Teri. Not only did I feel some instant relief I also could fill my circulatory system starting to kick into gear. She also gave me a compression foam and I got a belly ban. Which has been making things easier at home. I will be going in for my second treatment and I'm excited to. The results from the first were life changing. She couldn't believe I didn't tip her. I paid $60 for a 60 minute massage. I got a 50 minute massage (at the most) so I don't think $60 is unreasonable. That's $1 a minute and 20% tip. She was so upset that I didn't tip her. I will never go back there!

My husband booked me a massage at this spa. I received a massage from the large male masseuse Jeff and it was atrocious and excruciating. I kept asking for lighter pressure and the masseuse basically ignored me and refused to listen because then it wouldn't be "deep tissue". I was in tears most of the massage and it felt like the longest 90 minutes and I should've just walked out but how do you when you're in that vulnerable state! Here is proof I was indeed seen by this Jeff sir. I do sincerely hope they hire better massage therapists. A client should never leave what should be a relaxing experience traumatized and in tears from 90 minutes of torture.
