I asked a few questions as I was not sure she was a fit for what I wanted. In the end we set an appointment that I just now am leaving so very relaxed. Just want to sit in my car and take a nap. I sit at a desk all day and slouch and the job is very stressful so big knots be gone! And they were! Magic hands and highly experienced. I pull into the parking lot. The spa shares the 3333 building with other businesses.... Very easy to find. The space is clean and comfortable. There is a shared restroom that's locked but Heidi will unlock the door for you. The men's room is very clean. I was led into the room and asked to undress to my comfort level and instructed to lie facedown with the towel over my bum. A knock at the the door and it was on like Donkey Kong. Before we started Heidi asked me questions, I answered and her program was on point. It's like really good food. They kept walking in and out the room and talking to each other as well. Upon leaving they asked how much I wanted to tip and I handed her a cash tip. She kept asking if I could add more on my card. I told her I gave her a cash tip there is no need to add more on my card. She kept saying it was mandatory to tip more than $25 and that it is listed on the website. (Which I can't find) I was immediately shocked and repulsed by her demanding I tip her more money than I already did. Utah Division of Consumer Protection needs to look into this place immediately regarding their tipping practices. --------- HI ANDREW (manager) 1) your responses on your own company's page to client that support your business is horrendous. A true proud business owner would take a moment to apologize for the experience and take the honest feedback from your clients. 2) a liar ? It's just a coincidence that your highly requested therapist was the one to do my massage. 6)correct I did not hand her a $25 tip--- I stated above " she kept saying it was mandatory to tip more than $25 " 7) Please review your footage in your lobby because we all know it's being recorded as you have iPads set up in every massage room showing the front counter. She said " MANDATORY ". 8) just a suggestion : hire a front desk person so your staff is not constantly running out the room during a TIMED service.... if your staff is demanding a certain amount for a tip you can actually add automatic gratuity so your staff and clients aren't running into this issue. Since seeing Dylan weekly for a couple of months now I'm only in a wheelchair 10% of the time!!! I still walk with a cane, but I'm living a MUCH fuller life with MUCH less pain!...I will say my treatments with him are pretty brutal and painful as he skillfully untangles my body and nerves, BUT totally worth it. He's given me the gift of walking again. AND if I need a gentler session he's happy to adjust pressure and intensity. If you have chronic pain and want to try to avoid the meds or take less, SEE DYLAN! You won't regret it!

Mariah was very nice and sweet, but unfortunately, the overall experience was not as relaxing or fulfilling as I had hoped. She spent a significant amount of time talking and seemed to focus on the same area for what felt like almost 20 minutes. I had specifically mentioned which areas I wanted her to focus on, but I also requested an overall full-body massage. My arms were not massaged at all, and I had to ask her to massage the backs of my legs when I noticed that she was planning to massage only my feet after finishing my back. She also mentioned that she would show me some pressure points that could help with lymphatic drainage, but that never happened. That may have contributed to my confusion about whether the full massage time had been completed. However, when I looked at the time, it was clear that the appointment ended before 2:00 PM. When I asked her to massage my legs, I also felt that there wasn't much pressure or technique involved--it felt more like lotion was simply being rubbed onto my legs and feet. Unfortunately, the massage itself was not very relaxing for me. I want to emphasize that Mariah was very kind and pleasant. My disappointment is not with her personality, but with the overall service and the amount of time and attention I received for the 60-minute massage I paid for. I left feeling that I did not receive the full service I had expected. For that reason, unfortunately, I will not be returning.
