Unfortunately it turned out they didn't strap it in tight enough. When I went to unload the equipment it was damaged. It was kind of them to help, but they clearly made a mistake. I called to discuss it with them. They refused to take any responsibility, insulted my intelligence, blamed the strap which works perfectly fine, and with major attitude basically told me to screw off. I didn't expect a new piece of equipment but I did expect respect, hospitality, customer service, care, an intelligent discussion, to take responsibility for their part, and to do something out of courtesy to make up for the damage caused by their mistake.
