First I was told pickup was no earlier than 11/28, insurance would not cover it, and it was $80. A prescription for nausea medicine means I need it now, not in 2 days. 10 minutes later and a phone call to the CORRECT insurance carrier.. it was a $4 co pay and immediately filled. Will the Manager of this branch please stop and review procedures, major lack of caring today. I wonder how many other customers are subject to bad service here. Update 1/8/19 - I've been back and service here is routinely terrible.
