Now my roof is 11 years old and they are saying I need a new roof year there are no pics to show any damage. If ur a seller my advice is beware and put cameras in ur house to watch how much they disrespect it.

They came to the house, advised what would need to be done, gave me a time frame and requested a price requesting a substantial deposit/portion of the of the quoted price. They began work and all seemed to be going well, until a few days later. Rich never came to my residence while his crew was working to check on things or talk to me and after numerous attempts to contact him over concerns I had, all my calls and messages went unanswered. Needless to say, we hit a little bump in the road and here I sit months later waiting for him and his crew to finish what they started. Because of how they left my home the last time, I now have substantial water damage due to not covering things that should've been shielded and covered. They left my home a mess, for which I had to hire someone to clean. I have since hired someone else, having to pay even more than I should've because I had given him a substantial deposit for work that was never completed and never received any monies for the work he never completed and my home was just left to rot. In my opinion, Rich does not have the knowledge he claims to have and apparently his hiring process is a revolving door, due to how he treats his employees. I would not recommend him to update my dog house, let alone my own home. I will be seeing him in court.

It was very hot and muggy and we were not allowed to open windows or use air conditioning for three days. We were told they would be back to pick it up and we waited until 5 pm on that day. I called twice to see when they were coming, but could not get through to the technician. When we finally went to our basement we saw the machine was gone! Apparently someone came into our home without letting us know and took the machine! The next day the buyer called us to let us know we could open our windows. They did a good job for the buyer(I thin, but not for us, . Just noticed the reply. We are in California now, however the home we sold is in Connecticut and we were living there at the time of the inspection .
