The fairing was loose, the seat was falling off, it hadn't been inspected for 2 years, did a full tune up and fluid change, and new tires and back breaks. They even detailed it. When I picked it up Erica at the desk was super polite and the owner John came out to go over the bike with Dave the tech. I was elated. What service . When I pulled out on the road and opened her up she felt like a brand new bike. My mind was blown. I highly recommend this place. Thank you all. The whole thing was set up as a surprise for my fiancé and it could not have gone better. Our driver (Shane) was extremely professional and courteous. We were driven around in an immaculately maintained white Mercedes CLS 550. Logistics for this day were super important as I planned to propose to my girlfriend / fiancé, and was super OCD about all the details but things went so smoothly I could not imagine it going any better. Hot as hell and the AC in the back of the van was not working, the driver's was. Everyone was sweating profusely. My wife almost passed out. Emailed them on the way back and got a nasty, yelling phone call about posting a review, when I hadn't. Owner then proceeded to give our driver, who was good, a hard time about not knowing how to use the AC. I refuse to communicate with her any more as I don't think you yell at customers especially after they just buried a loved one. I should be thankful that I didn't get billed for overtime, considering her driver had to stop for gas and made a wrong turn and a 10-15 minute detour. She said she is fair...she didn't bill for the extra time. Next time if I want to spend $840 to get heat struck, I'll fly to Florida. Choose wisely, this was a mistake. Never once was there an apology or accepting of an issue, just a lot of yelling and refusing to accept responsibility.

They charged me 60 bucks and told me my bike was good after 2 weeks being there, then when I when to pick it up the bike wouldn't start and the gas hose was not connected to the carb property. I left the bike there and after another week of me begging them to work on my bike they said "We haven't work on many of these were running out of options" Long story short I picked up my bike, they never gave me my 60 dollars back when I took off the tank to see if they even took apart the carburetor they didn't do anything other than throw carb cleaner at it. They made me go through 2 brand new batteries cuz they don't know how to use a digital multimeter had to change the voltage regulator on my bike. Common sense, most of these stuff is so simple when I checked the spark plug it looked like it was clearly burnt so I got another one for like 3 dollars and the bike started right the fuck up. I don't know much about bikes that's why I bring my 03 ktm 625cc to a shop so that I don't fuck it up myself and they don't even bother to check the spark plug most importantly tight the gas hose to the carb in a safe way. SCAMMERS. Terrible work ethic. Shows that anybody could own a shitty business in this country. I'm not mechanic but I will always try to work on my bikes/car the best I can so that I don't have to deal with clowns like these!

Well recieved a call in within 20mins.Tow truck was outside in my driveway. He was careful not scratch my paint, he put some cut up fire hose on chains to protect my car. He secured it on flatbed and away she went later I went to Del Hatt and she arrived in perfect condition. If I ever need a tow on any of my other vehicles, I will definitely call Brandls.
