Four and a half hours is one thing but that much time in front of a blaring FOX non-stop Trump-a-thon was enough to warn others to go with my ordinal gut feeling which is to avoid chains like this. I later remembered there is an independent, small tire shop less than half a mile down the highway. So, the wait time was the reason for such a low rating. Service was very good and they checked on me in the waiting room numerous times. Kind of shocking to get a $979 quote on Thurs and pay nearly $2k the next day. This is ostensibly attributable to a worn break pad and the sensor that comes with it plus an optional alignment I agreed to. However, was provided no pre- post-alignment diagnostics. This document proves that the alignment was actually done. Go to an independent shop and keep money out of the hands or big brands aimed at upselling or cross-selling you into poverty!

Take your vehicles to well respected locally owned shops, not the big box screwups. I waited 5 hours for the idiots at Mavis to do the four tires and 5 min for Gene's to tell me Mavis screwed up. Please take your tire issues (new, repair etc) to Gene's if you're within 25 miles. They are absolutely terrific.

Hurley Motorsports sells the coolant for hubs' specific make and model, and coming here was guaranteed to be the correct one instead of commercial ones. The space is large, immaculately clean and the front desk is eye-catchy with a natural feel. The receptionist was pleasant and directed us to parts towards the left. Customer service from the guy in the parts dept was smooth and spot-on and answered some other questions hubs had. Hurley M. is much more than just coolant. Whether it's wheel alignment, some engine repairs, maintenance and picking up coolant like my husband needed on the fly, Hurley M. is it. To add, the price for the coolant at this Audi specialist was $20 cheaper than the jacked up price at his local dealership.

Now, their waiting area is very comfortable with new furniture and a great flat screen tv plus coffee! This beats the waiting area at the Wappinger Falls Mercedes Benz dealership (an establishment I detest), believe it or not. Phone service is now very responsive and cheerful. Now, I'm not saying C&J's was no good (they actually gave me a ride home when a quick fix turned out to be a much bigger deal and didn't want me to waste my time sitting in the waiting room). Still, the new owners seem to be highly motivated to make this a repair shop you don't mind going to, offering numerous amenities as previously noted. I think these guys will get all my business now.
