The engagement photos came out so amazing that it made us even more excited to see how our wedding day would be captured. Raymond and his team truly went above and beyond on our wedding day. They were there from the very beginning, starting with our Chinese and Vietnamese tea ceremonies, and stayed all the way through the reception and dance floor. Every team member had such a clear vision for what to capture, and they absolutely delivered. One thing we really appreciated was that Raymond knew exactly when to step in and direct our wedding party and family members during photos. Weddings can get chaotic, especially with a large group, but he helped everyone remember what to do, kept things moving, and spoke up when needed. She even assisted my bridesmaids with making sure my dress was laying properly, which I appreciated. However, I was surprised that no "getting dressed" photos were taken, as those are moments many couples expect to have documented. Throughout the day, she often asked, "What's next?" which gave me the impression that she wasn't fully familiar with our timeline or directing the flow of the day. The poses and shots also felt fairly standard, and the sample shot list the company provided wasn't followed very closely. Jacob, our videographer, was professional and quietly captured moments throughout the day without being intrusive. At the time of writing this review, we have not yet received our final gallery.
