I was not given time to properly consider or consent. His reason was that he preferred the projection. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a smaller, natural result. Because of this last-minute change the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raised his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received the refund months later. UPDATE: I've been dealing with this back and forth for months. I finally agreed to sign the NDA their attorney had been pushing in order to receive my refund and move on privately, but never received a response. I stand by everything I shared.

So I believed that I was going to have my thighs done as well, even on the pre op day. I feel a 3 is too low, but I also feel a 4 is too high…read more There were some wonderful things about my neck/facelift surgery 6 months ago and some things I wished they would have done better. Here are the things I think they do well. The staff in every dept is very good. They answer the phones, they call back when they say they will and overall everyone I dealt with was incredibly kind, patient and professional, including Dr Ina and Ingrid and all of the staff in the clinic setting. Dr Ina, who I had my surgery with is very charismatic and makes you feel very comfortable in asking any questions. She treated me incredibly kind, and when I was able to see her she went above and beyond with my recuperation and some issues I dealt with that were not necessarily related to my surgery. I am overall happy with my surgery even though there are some issues that I wish I could relay to the doctor and get her recommendation moving forward. Here are where some of the issues with Evolution MD start and end with me. Once you have seen the doctor for surgery, you pretty much won't see them again. In my case Dr Ina did the surgery and when I went back to the office the next day, I saw a nurse practitioner. No one was able to explain to me why my post op the day before had taken so long ( I know that I usually have a bad reaction to general anesthesia and my husband said that the pickup time was a few hours after they had told him...I remember very little). No one gives your spouse any breakdown of how the surgery progressed etc. In the days following my surgery I continued to see Ingrid (who was incredibly thorough and professional) for my care. Dr Ina had mentioned a timeline of events and the post operative papers I received also, but all of those timelines were never followed (for example the days in between your sutures get removed, Dr Ina had said 4-7 days as well as the papers, but most of my sutures were removed well after that date). All I was told when questioned was that thats the way Dr Ina wanted things done. This was a big issue for me. The doctor that has done your surgery should be following up with the patient at least once. In my case I did end up having to see Dr Ina because some other issues popped up and I asked several times. I don't know if it was because I insisted because again, there was little communication in that aspect. Additionally, I had several follow up appointments and unfortunately in all of these appt I think I waited a few hours each time for her to be able to see me. The last appt I waited for over 5 hours, and since I lived a few hours away I ended up staying. At that moment (and it may have changed now) there was no follow up appt times for Dr Ina. According to the front office staff they say she would "fit" in her consultations in between surgeries. My appt was at 10 am and I ended up seeing her after 3:30. She was able to do a small procedure at that time that was required and I also paid to get botox done at that moment. It is now 6 months from my surgery. I have some issues pending that she and I spoke about at my 3 month check up. When I called this week to set up my appt, I was told that there is now a $150 fee for a follow up. I wanted to discuss getting laser treatment for some of my scarring. Treatment that I would willingly pay to Evolution medspa. I was also going to get more Botox as well as considering a follow up procedure to address some fatty areas under my chin. All procedures that I am willing to pay for. But, not if I have to pay $150 just to see the surgeon who should be following up on the work she has done and that I have paid for. I don't think Dr Ina is responsible for these type of administrative fees but unfortunately Evolution MD is. If you want to get a procedure done at Evolution MD, ask all the questions before, and make sure that you have any agreements about follow up visits in writing. The cost is a very good incentive, but if post op treatment after your procedure is important to you than proceed with caution.

I am an out of town patient and I was looking for the best breast doctor in the country for my primary breast augmentation. I live in DFW Texas so I scoured everywhere to see if there was someone locally I could go to, no one's results here compared to Dr Hochstein. He was the first surgeon I consulted with 2 years ago when I was first considering getting a breast augmentation. After some issues with surgeons here in Texas and some terrible experiences with surgeons that clearly don't have the talent and the expertise that Dr Hochstein has, it was clear he is the only surgeon in the country that can give me the boobs of my dreams. From the second consult all the way to post op, his entire staff treats you like family. Dr Hochstein is so patient and calm. Amanda especially is the GOAT, always responding to me within 20 minutes, even if I emailed her at 9pm on a Saturday. I am petite and started with perky 32A sized boobs, and now I'm recovering with 415cc HP implants. Everything has gone so smoothly, he fixed things that other doctors said was "impossible" to fix with my anatomy and my pec muscles.
