i requested a bridge on the top right. so i went in to get my bridge and he was going to do it on…read morethe bottom left i said wait i requested the top right, he said his secretary made a mistake and put bottom left. i told him well just move the money to the other side of the mouth. he said he couldnt do that, it was unauthorized. so i told him well lets just not do it. he said you know its december of 2024 he said "if i dont do it now i lose the money" so i told him to go ahead and proceed. my part for the bridge was over $400.00. so then i called weeks later ,i told him that the bridge was shoving food up into my missing tooth on my upper left. and it was very tender. so he recommended a bridge on the top left. and he was gonna give me a special discount of $1300.00. so this was gonna be $1700.00 and this still wasn't the top right bridge what i orignially wanted. i moved to the opposite side of town and continued to go see him because i thought he was a great dentist. it's unfortunate his secretary made a mistake and i still dont have the bridge that i orgininally wanted. over $1700.00 later now i have a new dentist that is much closer to the house. i still think he's a great dentist his supporting staff is not as good as he is. i literally put my finger in my mouth on the top right and his secretary wrote bottom left there was a breakdown somewhere between me and his secretary ordering the bridge authorization.

Richland Hills was able to get me scheduled in about a week. Great experience. Cynthia (might be Christa) handled all of my paperwork and my Dentist was Dr. Dylan Carey DDS. Cynthia knocked out my X-rays and Dr Carey was very good at explaining what he was doing and what he found. Identified a small cavity and able to schedule an appointment 2 days later. With the cavity filling, didn't feel a thing and was as pleasant as could be when getting a filling. The cleaning experience was amazing with Jackie Garcia, RDH. I called several ortho places but SA Orthodontics stands out. The friendly voice and helpful attitude of the people I have talked to on the first time and everytime I will call is so consistent. It feels like they do really care and extend the mile just to help out. My first visit I spoke with Simone and Dr. Campbell, Simone explained the treatment plan and payment and Dr. Campbell provide the procedure and information about my teeth and braces.
