I ended up ordering - tri-tip - mashed potatoes - roasted veggies - assorted bread - lemon garlic salmon - veggie garlic pasta - Greek salad - dinner rolls - fresh fruit display - fresh fruit tarts - petit fours - gluten free mini cupcakes: red velvet, chocolate, vanilla, lemon I appreciate that Priscilla suggested to halve the salmon fillets to have double the number of salmon pieces for guests to have snack portions rather than meal portions. Although mini cupcakes were not listed on her menu, she was able to provide them. Also, you can ask her about gluten free desserts. You can have more than just macarons. Compliments I received... "Did you make the food? The salmon and tri-tip were so juicy." "This is better than most wedding food." 2 people inquired who I used to cater for the event. I received general praise that the food was good. I received explicit praise that the petit fours and fruit tarts were good. The mashed potatoes were thick but good. Passion for catering's setup and tear down went smoothly. It was maybe 20-30 minutes of setup and 10 minutes of tear down. I appreciate that they were able to provide decor for the food tables. They also provided some takeout containers for us to take leftover food. 10/10 would cater from them again.

I sent a request via Yelp app and Marsha suggested I send an email. This was on a Sunday and the event was in 2 weeks ! When I didn't hear anything via email or a call I called the office and spoke to Ben who apologized for the lack of communication and he would respond via email, which he did a few hours later. After several emails from Ben we were able to settle on a menu in just a few days! We were looking for a Hawaiian fusion themed menu and Ben & his staffto came up with a great menu. W Some of our many items that was a huge hit with our guests were Vietnamese vegan rolls, miso glazed black code, a toss green salad with Edamame and Asian dressing, crab deviled eggs, scallops spoon, chimichuri steak crostini, short ribs skewers, Asian style lamb meatballs, and dessert of fruit cups and mini cupcakes were perfect. We had pre arranged to have someone to meet the catering staff early for setup but due to unknown delays they did show up until an hour before the service started which also ment they were rushed to setup the food but they did a good job to get the hot and cold foods setup before the end of the service. Overall they did a good job and the food excellent but arriving late to the event and poor timing to replenish empty dishes was disappointing also dessert wasn't served until most guest departed. We had a tasting in Oakland, which gave us the chance to meet Dani and preview the meal--and she even sent us home with leftovers that lasted for days. She embraced our idea for seasonal mocktails and was flexible with the menu (allowed us to swap out dessert, for an additional appetizer). Dani expertly coordinated her team for our wedding, which was over two hours from home and required preparing everything in a large residential-style kitchen rather than a commercial one. Our guests were happy, full, and had nothing but compliments about the food. Everything was beautiful, on time, and delicious.
