There was a customer before me that knew exactly what she wanted and that visual experience to me was great. However, myself and a gentleman had questions he even cracked a few jokes and she was detached from us. Sales require more patience and the understanding that you'll have to answer questions. Don't run good customers away because of your attitude and unwillingness to be available.

I have only been here once, but they did have a fairly large selection of smokers accessories including trays, papers, CBD lollipops & oils etc. I got a couple of CBD pops. There was only one guy working there & he was sitting in his car when I pulled up. He helped me checkout & then went back to sit in his car. Guess they are not used to having too many customers‍. I took it back... I purchased it from the wife the next day I took it back. I wanted the proper tip so I can sue the 79.99 item . she take it to her husband he question me 5mins I kept telling him i hit the button five times as they most of them that's on the cole turned black instantly started smoking the fumes smelled bad so I was supposed to take it back I hadn't even had a chance to use it. Do I asked why you keep asking me the same question I said the same thing ever and over and he say or you gone give me that energy then I'm not doing nothing... To make a long story short this guy called me put my name and treated my life BC he's wrong ,but the part that got me sis this guy get this shop in my neighborhood selling weed out of the shop then taking money..... they sale old expried products and talk crazy to people about there money please know when you god on this shop then owner of vape kulture is not safe he was acting like he was on drugs.
