Even more unprofessional, she stopped in the middle of the massage to answer her cell phone and carry on a lengthy conversation in another language while I was on the table. At the end of the appointment, I was told I had to pay through Zelle, which felt unusual and unprofessional. Overall, the entire experience felt disorganized, uncomfortable, and questionable.
