Had a great hot stone massage from Jessica. She even went over my 1 1/2 hours because she needed to get those knots out.

I just finished a lymphatic drainage massage with Angella and as soon as I got home, I had to write…read morea review. I feel bad because I started out with one of those (silent service please) cards on the stool ((sorry Angella)) but as the service got started, she gave me tidbits of information on what she was doing and why. She also gave me a few pointers on what i can do at home or on my own time and with that, we just started talking and she walked me through alot of the process which i loved. She was incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and every movement had a purpose. She definitely kicked my butt (which for 8 days out or surgery, it was to be expected) but it wasn't painful at all. She was able to get all the fluids moving in my body and it was very relieving. When the service was done and I stood up to change back into my clothes, I could notice a huge difference with a reduction of swelling. Even as I'm sitting at home, I expected to feel kind of crappy after because of all the toxins being pushed out but I feel great. I can not say enough good things about Angella. I highly highly recommend for a lymph massage if you're looking for someone! I'll definitely be back!

Do NOT come to this establishment. My experience was extremely disappointing, and the way this…read moresituation was handled by the front reception was unprofessional and lacked basic communication. I arrived approximately 5 minutes late for my appointment (11:20 a.m. for an 11:15 a.m. appointment) and had already communicated beforehand that I would be arriving at 11:18 a.m. I understand that late arrivals can affect appointment times, but what was never communicated was that this would result in losing treatment time or that choosing to reschedule to receive the full service would result in an $40 cancellation fee. Instead of clearly explaining the policy and giving me all the information upfront, I was told after the fact that the fee would be applied. I was charged $40 unfairly for a gift appointment from my friend, who is a weekly client at this establishment. After this experience, I have already encouraged her to take her business elsewhere. The massage therapist also did not provide a welcoming experience upon arrival. Rather than greeting me professionally and warmly, the interaction immediately felt as though I was an inconvenience and that the shortened appointment was being emphasized instead of trying to provide a positive client experience. Policies are one thing, but communication and customer service matter. Unfortunately, this establishment failed in both areas.

The space was…read moreexcellent for a group meditation setting, there was pre-smudging at entry, calming environment with fire and water features, aroma treatment, a soundbath and a very deep and relaxing guided mediation. It overall was a wonderful experience. The second experience was me and by favorite friend coming in for facials and relaxation time. We started in the lounge and after completing the questionaire were put into robes and slippers and had time in the salt room. This room was just lovely! There was aromatherapy, a tarot card pull and reading, singing/sound bowl and then we were left to simply relax and meditate together. It was hands down the best pre-service experiences we've had in any spa, and we have been to A LOT of spas. Then we both had our facials. My esti was calm, assuring, and educated. Her touch was amazing and the recommended service items were delivered perfectly. After the service apple cinnamon infused water and dark chocolate dipped pineapples were provided and we were advised we could go back into the loung and relax for as long as we wanted before leaving. My friends facial was also superb. The front desk staff was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to talk with. The boutique itself had nice selections for purchase. Will definately be back!

They attended to me very quickly and brought me to the waiting room. I first got my massage. She was also very friendly and did a great job. I was satisfied with the massage. After, she brought me water and a chocolate covered pineapple. I then had my facial which was also very good. I definitely would recommend this place if you want to relax and get all the knots off your body! I can't wait to go back Mariecel

When my daughter and I walked in, we noticed a beach scene painted on the walls. We sat on the couch while the receptionist finished a transaction with another customer. After a few minutes, we were called back and shown the changing room. We were able to change and safely store our clothes and purses in lockers that only we had the key to. We were given clean robes and slippers, then directed to the relaxation room to wait for our couples "Perfect Time Out for 2" spa package in a private suite. The package includes either a 30-minute aromatherapy sauna or a 30-minute hydrotherapy bath, followed by a 60-minute combination massage. The combination massage uses both light and medium pressure and is meant to ease muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote lasting relaxation. We only sat in the relaxation room for a few moments before our massage therapists told us that our private suite was ready. When we walked in, the room was dark and lit with battery-operated candles. It smelled wonderful, and soothing music was playing. There was also a television mounted in the corner, which I didn't feel was necessary in such a relaxing environment. We began with the hydrotherapy bath. The bath normally includes almond oil, but because one of us has a mild almond allergy, they substituted bath salts and other wonderfully scented oils instead. The tub had jets that we could turn on, and it was very relaxing. After 30 minutes, our massage therapists let us know it was time to move to the tables for our 60-minute massages. We got down to our birthday suits and slipped underneath the sheets. Penny was my massage therapist, and my daughter had Remni. Penny did massage my entire body, but it felt more like she was rubbing my skin rather than working the muscles underneath. Honestly, I have had better 30-minute massages at the mall and during pedicures. However, I did appreciate the stretches and the relaxing oil rubdown.... sort of. I really wanted my muscles to be rubbed, but we never got there. My daughter, on the other hand, said her massage was amazing. Ugh--that's what I wanted! I'm glad she enjoyed herself. She said she would definitely go back. I would consider returning too, but I would want a different massage therapist next time. Throughout our visit, we were offered complimentary beverages. After our massages, we sat in the relaxation room, where I enjoyed a glass of red wine. Once I finished, we returned to the changing room. There was also a shower available if we wanted to rinse off before getting dressed. My daughter and I changed and headed to the front to take care of the bill. I was able to use a gift card given to me by someone I used to know, so thanks, buddy! Overall, the private suite and hydrotherapy bath were relaxing, the atmosphere was soothing, and my daughter absolutely loved her massage. My experience was a little more mixed, but I would still be open to returning and trying someone else. I felt like the massage part of the package was a very important part, and it unfortunately fell short, so I did let the front desk know. And please, don't forget to tip!
