My first session was disorganized and taken over by a trainee so I didn't get a full workout. My second session was canceled the same day and never rescheduled. Communication was poor throughout. The most frustrating part was how it was handled afterward. My refund or partial credit request was denied based on "policy," without addressing the fact that the services were never delivered. Overall, this felt unprofessional and poorly managed. I would be cautious about purchasing training packages here.

Everyone seems to mind their own business and aren't busy hovering over machines, pressuring you to finish you your sets faster than you have planned for. The saunas are the biggest difference, I like enjoying the Edmond locations most, N.May and South OkC are so dim lit and cramped, creeky wood, old dial machines, doesn't really feel relaxing or give you enough space to stretch your arms or legs, Edmond's location also has a private tanning room and a kids play place, big wins with those but S. OkC does have a little 'shop' for all of your gym beverage and edible needs, so that's convenient.

I recently transferred to the Yukon location due to proximity to my home. I was gladly commuting to the Edmond location, 30+ minutes, prior to the Yukon location's opening. I have learned & grown so much as an athlete, Mom, Spouse & now Grandparent since joining Prevail. I came to Prevail in search of strength training and an alternative to previous boot camp style training that was causing me pain. I started with the ability to only deadlift 25-30 lbs due to pain.
