This was the worst service I've had since my early days at European Wax Center, and I actually left my appointment crying. I had booked my usual Brazilian + butt cheeks. Last week, I called to reschedule and learned--only because I called--that the waxer I've been seeing for the past year was no longer there. Management never informed me ahead of time, which I found unprofessional. When I rescheduled, I was told there were two other stylists available, so I agreed to book with anyone. When I arrived, I found out mid-appointment that my waxer had only started a week ago. She was very nice personality-wise, but the process was extremely messy--sugar in my hair, on my legs, all over the table, and on my clothes. She went over the same area 10-15 times, causing intense pain and burning. The service, which normally takes 20-30 minutes, dragged out to an hour and 15 minutes. I left sticky, covered in powder, and feeling awful. When I got home, I discovered I was bleeding, raw, and still had numerous hairs left. I immediately called and went back today for a "retouch" with Kristin. She was kind, professional, and quick--exactly how it should have been the first time. At checkout, I brought up the situation and requested a refund for yesterday's service. Unfortunately, the front desk employee was too new to process it, so I was told management would call me. As of now, I'm still waiting for that call. I used to love coming here, but all the skilled waxers seem to be gone, and management's lack of communication and follow-up is disappointing. For such a personal and vulnerable service, clients deserve to feel safe, respected, and cared for. Sadly, I can no longer recommend this location.

Honestly, she turns into that stylist friend that you know would be cool to hang out with outside of your client stylist relationship! I'm as indecisive as it gets and she always has the best recommendations. She recommended products for me to use for face wash from benefit and the non prestige side. I still use the products to his day. I should note I frequently went to Hunter as well. We had similar conversations, you know, just females discussing our ambitions and obsession for nice looking eyebrows. While it's awkward at first to get your eyebrows waxed in front of everyone you get use to it..plus everyone is in there for some sort of beauty product anyway! They prep your eyebrows and map them. They show you the mapping to make sure you're ok with the look before doing any waxing. An added bonus if you get your brows done and have somewhere to go they fill them in and conceal to put you back together! They'll even get a sample of foundation to reapply if necessary. On average I spend $30 on my eyebrows ($21 +tip) more if I decide to get a tint. I never go anywhere else to get a wax! Stay away from the Walmart and nail shop waxing!!

They gave me an appointment the same day (4pm) as I had a growth that's been bothering me on my head and a large skin tag on my left side hip area. To my surprise they removed the growth on my head (cherry anginoma ) and the skin tag on my back. The skin tag on my back wasn't covered by my insurance and I was charged $99 to remove it cause it was considered cosmetic but the one on my head was covered. I couldn't believe how simple it was and pain free. Several days later the removal on my back looked infected to my wife and I stopped over and was instantly seen and they did a culture. Luckily the culture came back negative for infection and I'm now fully healed. I recommend this facility and will definitely return if I need anything else.

What was supposed to be a relaxing manicure turned into a very frustrating and disappointing…read moreexperience. The technician who initially worked on my nails had to redo them multiple times after the manager pointed out that he wasn't properly filing them after removing my dip polish. Even after several attempts, my nails still looked uneven and poorly done. During the process, he repeatedly bumped into my nails, smudging the polish again--I'm not sure if it was nerves, but it made the situation worse. Eventually, a second technician had to step in and redo all of the work from the beginning. By this point, I had been sitting there for so long that my back was hurting, and I no longer had the patience to go through yet another redo. The final result still looked far from acceptable, especially after multiple attempts. At one point, I was told the polish "wouldn't dry" and was asked to pick a different color, yet after shaking the bottle, they continued using it anyway. Overall, the quality was extremely disappointing. This service is not cheap, and I expect a certain level of professionalism and quality. Despite everything, I still tipped the first technician, but I left feeling embarrassed and upset about how my nails looked. When I returned to request a refund, I was told they could redo the polish again. At that point, I had already sat through multiple attempts and did not want to go through the same experience again. My request for a refund was denied, which made the situation even more disappointing. Overall, this was a very poor experience with both service quality and customer care.
