First of all I booked the very first appointment so I can get in and out quickly. My entire visit was over one hour and I feel like most of the time at this office was just WAITING. The way they structure their visits are as follows: they double book each timeslot so there are two patients per timeslot. They have different stations where they have the patient first get their initial screening, and then do this prescription check and then contact lens fitting or glasses fitting etc. Each station takes an excessive amount of time and they basically shuttle patients through each station. The contact lens fitting is absolutely ridiculous and a scam in my opinion. If there is no change to prescription and if I've had no issues with my contacts, why do I need an annual fitting for contact lenses where the "fitting" costs $75 each time and only took the optometrist 30 seconds to do? I will gladly update this review if I have a better experience next time, but I for sure HOPE that this business changes their practices to be more patient centered and to honor and respect people's time rather than trying to shuttle as many patients in as possible to make a profit.

They don't push you into getting them if you don't want to, which is great. I have been to both Dr. Einhorn and Dr. Yu and they are both great. Usually the contacts come in a two or three days but I followed up two weeks after. It looks like the order was not placed as after I called I received a receipt. As of today, March 31 2025, 6 months after our appointment I have not received her glasses. I called a few times to check up on the order and the young man that answered was so rude. I was placed on hold for more than 30 minutes and when I called back he hung up on me. If you value your time and respect take your business elsewhere.

While there has been a couple of staffing changes in that time, the service remains consistently great. They have always been timely, they work together to ensure your time is respected. The doctors have been great, all reviewing my file, explaining any changes and what I need to do to keep my ocular health. The glasses selection is great with affordable options as well as high end brands. The people who help you get the glasses are super friendly and give great advice. My entire family comes here and we plan on coming back for our eye care for years to come!
