I was helped to find one in the style I wanted as well as having the features I needed and arranged for delivery. I decided a few days later to also get a washer & dryer. I called to see if I would be able to have all the appliances delivered at the same time if I came in that day. I was told yes. When I arrived I again was greeted and assisted quickly. I was able to find exactly what I was looking for again. I noticed a new fridge that I liked better than the one I had previously purchased. Ok. Let me tell a story. So you have people coming over. You spent a shit load at the grocery store…read moreon meat and you go to start the grill. It's falling to pieces and you thought it would make it just one more time but then the bottom falls through. You knew this would happen eventually, but it's only been three years and it cooked fine the last time, right? So then you hurry to the Home Depot and get another one. But you un-box what seems like 200 pieces. No problem. I got this. Grab a beer and get the instructions out. But it's written in Chinese and the drawings are horrible, so you wind up calling Pizza Hut and saving this project for another weekend. Then two or three years later, the cycle repeats itself. So you get fed up with this endless routine of cheap grills that don't last. So you go to Memphis Barbecue Supply and you talk to someone who is actually knowledgeable about grills. You will not see any cheap grills here, but they aren't top dollar either. You do your homework and find excellent reviews on the products. You price check online and you discover that Amazon sells the exact models for about $100 more. I'm not sure if there's tax, but there is shipping. Plus the free assembly is worth $100 to me. Oh, did I mention the free assembly? Your new grill will come with assembly instructions, but you won't need them. That's because every grill they sell here is fully assembled and ready to go. They help you load it up and when you get home, you burn it off for 30 minutes and then put your meat on. Oh and you will have to stop at the grocery store though. They don't sell meat here. I know. Bummer. I bought a gas grill on Friday. You can really see the difference in quality. I hope it lasts. It has a 15 year warranty. One of the optional features is a cast iron charcoal pan you put above the burners to burn charcoal on your gas grill, but you have to take the burner shields out to use it. It seemed like a bad idea to me, but I asked and even called tech support and they said it will work fine. You load the pan with charcoal and use the gas to light the coals, then turn the gas off. I burned the gas about 5 minutes and I heard a really loud pop. That heavy iron pan cracked halfway up the middle. Plus after cooking one meal, I had ash and grease clogging some holes in my burners. I spent about an hour cleaning that up. Plus I'm having some sort of problem with the burners getting loud sometimes but I can't explain it, and I'm not sure if it's a problem or not. Called tech support and they promised to send me extra burners, so now I'll have two sets. They also offered to send me a new charcoal pan, but I declined. I decided to take it back and just let a gas grill be a gas grill. So on Tuesday, I bought a charcoal grill. They were both made by Napoleon by the way. The customer support was outstanding. I have yet to see if my issue will resolve, but they answer the phone and warranty parts are no problem at all. After buying two grills in one week, I probably won't buy another grill here at Memphis Barbecue Supply, but I've already bought several accessories, as well as charcoal and wood chips. They have several kinds of each here. You will find every kind of barbecue and grill gadget you can think of here, but you will not find lighter fluid. That's a no no. Come in and ask for Jimmy. He's my new best friend.

I purchased a 14-foot extension Sthil pole saw from this company. Only to have to return it less…read morethan 24 hrs later because the chain or something was internally bound and would not let the chain turn. I was meet with extreme resistance from the owner. I could not get the saw to turn the chain. I did not do anything to it. Just wanted to return it. I became very upset after 20 minutes of him insulting my integrity telling me I had cut with the saw, its been taken apart, and with a just down right d-bag personality forcing me to stand my ground and defend myself from this disrespectful insulting attack. I was not willing to "fix" a brand new saw. I'm well within my right to return and meet all their policies listed. Tool doesn't work. Tool returned unused. Simple. I requested them to process the return on a new, completely unused tool. Only after the guy that processed my purchase had to come complete the transaction as the owner threw a tantrum throwing papers and walking off refusing to complete the return. Terrible customer service. You will not be respected here. These people have their "always right" attitude. I did not use the saw. It would not cut. No shavings. No marks. A tiny amount of grease is present from the lube system on sprockets in the head. Impressive looking saw, and I was sure it would keep my 84-year-old father off a ladder trying to limb up his trees. They checked it out for me before I left. Unfortunately, later that evening, when I tried to use the tool, it would not turn the chain. All I did was crank it up. Runs great. Will not turn the chain. I didn't do anything to it. I didn't take anything apart. Tried adjusting the chain tensioner. Nothing. Youtube searches showed problems with this type of tool involving the drive shaft or similar issues with other users. A bad omen to me. I'm not one to spend $874.16 on anything that doesn't work from the first time using it. I dont want an expensive tool that needs to be fixed the first time it's used, and in my opinion, it would be nothing but problems every time. This is not a customer service driven business. More like a "I'll tell you how you are wrong about everything no matter what you say, but I'm right and does not respect customers with a problem with them. Lots of inventory and by my first ever interaction an absolute dumpster of a company. I do not recommend doing business here.

Ten days later some guy calls me and says my saw is ready for pick up. Idiots can't even track their own work. So, upon first using the tool all seems well. I make a second cut and BAM! it stops working again. They didn't fix anything , all they did was clean the tool and gave the thing back to me two weeks later. Very disappointed.
