Having a promotion and staffing one single person working is absolutely absurd. We waited 5 minutes to order, and then 25+ minutes after we had ordered, my drinks still were not in my hand - yet the drinks for the people who ordered almost 15 minutes AFTER me were being worked on. I absolutely do not understand the logic, even if only a single person - why are we working on drinks that were just ordered while someone has been waiting almost an entire half hour. I ordered four drinks and the employee took forever to make 2 of them, then left them sitting there to melt (ice blended) while she started working on the order for the people after me, instead of handing them to us so at least 2 of us could enjoy drinks. Then never even STARTED on the other two drinks, yet AGAIN - was working on drinks ordered after me. I am so bummed I didn't get my drinks, as I had to ask for a refund. I come frequently as kung fu tea is the worst and this is the best we've got in the vicinity- however, I am just not a fan of sharetea really either. I think the quality has gone downhill from what I remember. If you had to choose and were desperate for a milk tea/boba and everything else is too far than yes come here. But if you are willing to drive further like to Plano/Frisco/Carrolton I'd recommend going there to get better boba because the difference is apparent for sure. Something like feng cha is even better than sharetea in my opinion. The service is nice here I will say- nothing bad to say about that but the inside could be cleaner. This location needs a complete revamp, this is the only Sharetea that I've had consistently gotten horribly made milk tea, it never tastes right and it's either watered down or the taro tastes very off and the tapioca is undercooked. Second time trying this place and ordered a oolong milk tea no boba and regular sweetness and ice. Three couples came in after me and all of them received their order before me. Finally after the last couple that came in 20 mins after me got both of their drinks before me I asked about my order and the guy who took my order said he was just starting it. Took less than 30 seconds to make and it came out like watered down milk. Same result as the first time we went here. I don't recommend this place if you want good tea or service. read more

Who doesn't love a Sharetea? I was super excited when this place opened up and now have been here 3 times since its opening. The staff are super friendly and helpful and you feel very comfortable asking them about drink choices and sugar levels etc. I guess my problem is with the drinks; I've tried a different drink every time I've come here and it's always just...good. Not amazing or great, just very average. However, I'm going to keep coming back and hopefully I find that one drink! I do wish they had a Thai Tea drink here though but maybe in the future it will be an option. Overall a great option in comparison to some of the other boba shops in Denton. read more

This Sharetea location is so so good!! The staff is friendly, there's a lot of space and seating inside, and the boba is delicious. I was there for the grand opening, and they had some pretty exciting entertainment with the dragon dance.. It's smaller than some of the other locations I've been to. The staff is very friendly. It was awesome to get the buy one, get one drink free.. My favorite drinks to get are the QQ Happy Family milk tea and the matcha red bean with ice cream. I like that you can customize any drink to your liking. Lots of toppings to choose from, and you can adjust the sweetness & ice level.. This is my first time I drink this brand that I feel extremely bad and disappointed( and I really want to mark one-star review). I always smell the smell of tea in Sharetea store, except here. Moreover, my drink is worst. I alway order the same drink from many different stores in texas, and its taste always the same. My drink I buy today is completely different. The tea aroma and tea taste are almost 0%, and the milk powder taste is too light. I drink it like drinking a cup of water which has the color milk tea and the sweetness of lychee jelly. Came here twice while staying in TX. While not quite as good as my favorite Kung Fu Tea, ShareTea was awesome and satisfied all my boba cravings. I had the mango green tea milk, which was great.
