Instead of resolving the issue on their end, they directed us to go through Grubhub to request a refund. Great place in Denton one of those that if you don't know it's there or don't have and use Yelp? You would miss it. Typical Thai place ambiance, clean dinning area and rest room. Food was delicious and well seasoned. We had appetizers and main courses along with some shared plates. Two servers that night one female one male. Unfortunately we got the male and he was more interested in his phone and handling the front desk. Oh my goodness. This place is wonderful. My new obsession has been the yellow curry and I love eating at the restaurant. The decor is beautiful and gives a very peaceful homey vibe and my little brother loves it, too. All of the food options I have tried have all been tasty and full of flavor. And the staff has always been so inviting and helpful when ordering. This place is definitely one of my number ones right now. My colleague showed me one of her favorite Thai spots near UNT and it did not disappoint! Tried fresh rolls as a starter - they were light and refreshing, plus the peanut sauce added great flavor. Entree was the red curry with a 4 spice level. Ate the entire thing. It was so flavorful and addictive. The staff was very friendly. Slightly longer wait for food but it was worth it. The perfect comfort food for a cold night. I love when the Kho Soi is on a menu. Well seasoned and all the flavor. I got mild heat and was perfect for me. I was literally addicted to this place for a month straight but sadly all good things come to an end. They are waited by college kids which on a good day can be really sweet but their sense of urgency isn't always there. The first time I went got the spring rolls which were super fresh and the chicken entree, crispy and great flavor. It has an authentic Thai feel which was a bonus for a fabulous Thai tea. The second time I went said drink was a bit more watery and I got the Pad Thai lunch special which was great pricing compared to what I paid for the appetizers on the first visit. Said entree was made with a fish sauce base which over powered the dish and I wish I would have been informed I could have done a vegan option before ordering. I changed it out for the curry which had great flavor but the owner could be heard in the back slamming dishes out of anger from a returned meal. Havent ate here since I lived in denton years ago and when I was out with my family in denton they wanted to go here. Its there go to. So I was very excited to go back here after all the years. Service was okay. There were some ppl inside but it wasn't like crazy busy but I think they only had two servers so that could be why things were moving a lil slower. However, I wasnt too upset about the service. I got the Thai herbal chicken fried rice. It was as good as I remember. The basil really sets the dish off with the crispy chicken. We also got some egg rolls to share. It was so good, I had to get more rice from there about a week later. This time I got the combination fried rice. So glad this place is still good and the quality hasnt gone down like a lot of places in denton. Whenever I am at my families house, I will start requesting this again for dinner. This is as close to authentic thai food so far. Every time I ordered the food has been consistent. Tyke spice scale is a bit on the milder side but that's okay. I had the pad thai, duck in basil sauce, shrimp fried rice, seafood Tom yum and rad nah. All pretty delicious. The portions are pretty decent as well. For my past orders it has been Togo but when entering I am always greeted and the staff is very nice. So far this will be my spot for decent thai food that hits the nostalgic spot. read more

Stopped by here with my niece on our way to look at UNT. This is a classic hole in the wall type of place. We were greeted and seated right away for our lunch. Their menu is huge!! Everything looked so good! We decided to go with lunch specials. The specials come with salad or soup and a mini veggie spring roll. When I ordered my Hot and Spicy, I was asked how spicy I wanted it in a scale of 1-5. I like spicy food so I said a 3. I figured I'd play it safe. Very glad I did!!! Made a very simple order. One Green Curry with Fried rice and an egg. 2 orders of Fresh Rolls with Shrimp. What I got was One Green Curry with white rice. I hate white rice. And I got 1 order of Fresh Rolls instead of 2. All for 75 bucks and a tip. I don't know why these delivery services don't do any quality checks. The food is amazing but I won't order again. Mostly rice and more rice, no protein. What happened Thai Ocha? I spent $20 on carry out for fried rice and beef about a week ago. The spice and flavor was there, but wow I only got 5 tiny bites of meats. I use to love this place, favorite Thai spot near my house. They use to also include an egg roll. I am sorely disappointed. I might try again, but my last visit was unacceptable. I'll be sure to open the box before I take it home next time. The restaurant itself is clean, spacious, well lit, and pleasant. The serving staff are polite, knowledgeable, fast, and friendly. Food was fine, but we were surrounded by empty, dirty tables and tables that had not been cleared of dirty dishes. There was not one clean table and n our side of the restaurant. Our table had to be cleared and cleaned before we could eventually be seated, but tables around us were left dirty the entire time we were there. There was food left on the floor. It made for a very uncomfortable dining experience. Priority seemed to be take-out orders over those dining in. We received our mains at nearly the same time as our appetizer. We had to ask for napkins and chopsticks, after the mains were brought to the table. We were offered refills of our drinks, which were appreciated.
