Not as good as the Carrollton location. I got the berry ice blended with ice cream and unlike the carrollton location this place made it chunky and icey. It tasted a lot more smoother at the Carrollton location. I would definitely stick with the strawberry flavor as well...the berry blended was a little too tarte for me. Weve gone here several Times already and classic Milk tea and blended Milk tea Pearl is always one of the orders. Today We got blended Milk tea Pearl and winter melon with creme which I got with Ice on the side. When i mixed ice on my winter melon creme it didnt have a distinct taste but an overpowering creme taste which to me was not worth the $5.37. So i thought i would try the blended Milk tea with Pearl but was disappointed as well. It had a bitter taste of the tea which was usually smooth in taste this time lacking in creme. I have had their blended drinks since Monday this week and noticed When you reach almost halfway Your drink , you Can only taste ice. Todays visit did not Make me happy. Just this week out of the 4 orders we had only the Milk tea with Pearl was ok. As i write this review i am on my way to Austin and could not Go back. Ordered 5 drinks total. Out of 5 only 2 of the drinks were pleasing. I asked for 50% sweet on the winter melon tea and it literally ended up being like diabetes in a cup, sweeter than chicken express sweet. I've ordered this same drink at other locations and never had an issue. I'm actually quite a fan of this franchise just not this location. We also ordered a kiwi tea and it tasted like sour cough syrup, after spending $30 AND tipping you'd think the people running the front would be courteous enough to fix the drink or make a new one. But nope! They wanted to charge for making another drink. Horrible customer service. Would not recommend. read more

I used to come here almost once a week, but it seems they have hired some new people and they've gotten my order wrong 2 times already. Customer service is not great either. I feel like I'm being judged every time I come here now. Cashier always eyes me and my bf and NEVER has a smile on her face. I stopped into this place because I heard it was good. I was the only guy in there with two ladies helping me at the time - one new, one experienced. Look out as the menu is huge and hard to navigate. The ladies were nice as they gave me a few minutes to look but didn't offer a suggestion. I made a selection from the special menu that was in the window and the employees had no idea what I was talking about. They made my drink and thankfully asked me about my sweetness level, which was good help. I guess you can select your own size of balls but was not asked. When they checked me out told me I was order number 32 and served my drink calling out order number 32 BUT I was the only guy in the store. That tells me its just about serving the tea, not about helping the people as there was no thought put into their actions. It was good tea and no complaints about the product. Glad to finally have an actual boba tea shop around the area, usually for boba tea this quality I would drive 20-45 minutes, this is around the corner for me. The tea here is wonderful too and theres a good selection, plus the staff is really friendly. I've introduced some friends and family to this shop too and they all loved it. I always stop by Sharetea in Plano, Carrollton, or Richardson whenever I go to the other side of the metroplex and was excited to see one open up on my way home from work in Keller. However, I was disappointed that they don't honor the punch cards used by all other Sharetea locations. I love this type of beverage, but have struggled to find one here in Texas that was as good as my favorite spot from my time in Reno. This location is great for me, being located right next to the auto shop I typically get my oil changes and state inspections from and being reasonably near my home. I wish their menu was a little broader, my favorite milk tea being jasmine and not offered here. Everything I have had has been wonderful. Flavors are good and selection is decent. The store itself is comfortable enough and they have free WiFi for customers. Prices are about standard. The staff has always been friendly and put my order together quickly with no mistakes. I would recommend Sharetea. I enjoy going in whether it's cold outside or the hottest summer day. read more

Had a bad experience. Employees were nice though. My gf and I had gotten different mango drinks; and we're not sure if it's the bitterness of unripe mango or if it's the way they washed the dishes, but our drinks left a bad taste in our mouth. I come here ATLEAST once a week for boba and it's kind of an addiction. I love their classic milk tea with 80% less sweet. Their boba is so bomb and it's the right consistency. I'm picky about my boba and they have got it down. I'm also a big tea person but I still haven't found my favorite tea yet because I'm not big on super sweet drinks. The interior is nice and modern looking. You can sit and play games or just lounge around. I'm just happy a decent boba tea place is much closer! read more

Just moved to the area and was very nervous to try a new Bubble/ Boba tea place out. Got the Taro milk tea and the mango blended with ice cream. Both were not too sweet, just right. Staff was helpful and friendly. Will be back for another round of teas. Was very pleased. Seating areas were very minimalistic. Wish there was out door seating but inside was very clean. Good place to visit after shopping next door--Daiso. The place was neat inside. For now customers can not sit in for drinks, but they can order ahead or place an order at the counter. There were at least four employees in the kitchen area, all masked and looking quite busy (11:20am on Sunday). I ordered the peach kiwi tea with aiyu jelly--I had no idea what that jelly was. My friend ordered the mango green tea. I requested for light ice and 50% sugar for this one size drink. It turned out to be nice. The jelly was lightly sweetened, tasty, and jiggly. My only concern was that with 50% sugar, my drink tasted just about what I could handle on the sweetness level. I couldn't imagine if sugar levels up to 100%, would I end up in sugar coma? LOL. I have to admit that I prefer the taste of the mango green tea with 100% sugar and light ice--yes, my own drink was somehow sweeter than my friend's. read more

Whenever my Bf is in town he insists we pick up ShareTea for him. He's addicted to their Taro milk tea. I order it for him maybe 3x a week if possible. They have weird flavors which aren't the best. Stick to the normal flavor ones. They just have a few solid drinks for their huge menu. Customization is easy, ice level, sweetness, toppings. Their staff, some are helpful, some just want you to order quickly & get out (understandable it's a busy place). I REALLY WISH they had a way to order online or if they actually picked up the dang phone. Especially during COVID, online ordering would have been way better for a place like this. I love sharetea! They have many options and flavors when it comes to their drink, teas or coffees. I always get a drink with pearl bobas in them, (sometimes even extra) but when I started going to a different place to get bobas(FENG CHA) their pearl bobas are sweeter and softer compared to sharetea, whereas the pearls have no flavor at all! It just feels like I'm chewing flavorless jelly balls that aren't even soft, but aside from that this place has great drinks!
