Not the cheapest option, but I'm sure rent and overhead costs are the reason for the price. The place inside is not modern. So if having a sleek and super clean looking place is important, I wouldn't come here if I were you. The service was good. The lady brought out the food and drink to my son. My sisters and I were on our way to Leavenworth and we were in desperate need of coffee. We found this place by accident and the second we walked in we were blown away by how cute it was inside. There was a construction worker playing the piano beautifully when we walked in, and the entire vibe was everything you want in a coffee shop. I ordered the iced pumpking coffee and it was 11 out of 10 stars. I also ordered the pecan sticky bun and the awesome person that took my order warmed it up and brought it to me on a real plate. She was so friendly and accomadating and just added to the entire experience. There are things for kids to play with inside, books, cozy couches to enjoy your beverage/company/music...it's truly a gem of a coffee ship and I wish I had somehting like this where I lived (CA) because my coffee experience would be so much better. It was a drizzly and gray day but our toddler was going a little stir-crazy so we needed to get out of the house so we decided to take a walk downtown. I'm so happy we did. We moved in a while ago but really don't get out much, but when we do we almost always miss the opening hours. There was another friendly patron in the coffee shop who was working on a laptop and let us know about the toys in the back, which was great! Nothing keeps a toddler's attention for long, and keeping them in a stroller is next to impossible, so we were grateful for the recommendation. We got a white chocolate iced mocha (husband said it might be the best he's had in a long, long time), an Italian soda, a breakfast burrito, and biscuits and gravy. We finished our drinks before we made it home but were so excited to have a hot breakfast to dig into when we got back. The breakfast burrito even got the panini press treatment which was a really nice way to add extra texture :) It's spacious but still feels cozy, and has a great selection of toys which was imperative for keeping our toddler occupied. We didn't have to wait long, despite the items being made fresh (besides the biscuits and gravy which was assembled after we ordered but I didn't have time to wait around for biscuits to bake and gravy to be made so I'm all good with that). Everything was great! All of the food was awesome, the drinks were wonderful, and the atmosphere was exactly the kind of warm and low-key energy perfect for a drizzly Sunday morning. Felt hungry passing through Monroe on our way to Leavenworth. We found a super cute cafe on Main Street. Got the breakfast burrito with bacon, eggs, pepper Jack, crispy onions and spinach. It came cut in half and grilled and it was delicious. They even made a custom espresso drink for me and it tasted exactly how I was wishing for. The staff was also super nice and inviting. Great Christian family owned business. Lots of locals come here and lots of believers come here. The owners and employees are very friendly. This is a great place to get coffee or plug your laptop in and enjoy the atmosphere while you work from your laptop. Stumbling into this family owned charming coffee local spot to work remote, I was delighted to meet owner and daughter (also employee) There is ample seating to sit down and enjoy a cup. It is also remote work friendly. With play area for kids it is a nice spot for families to catch a cup, treat or snack. There are games and books for entertainment. The staff are ambivalent at best, super rude & dismissive at worst. I've been in several times and each time have been greeted with a mere shrug and grimace. I could deal with the annoying behavior if the coffee was amazing-- sadly, it's below subpar. The kids just either can't be bothered or just aren't into making coffee. They clearly haven't been trained well on how to pour good shots (as evidenced by the crummy and inconsistent quality of each espresso I've gotten-- all which I ordered the same, but upon which a completely different final product was produced.) This is the only coffee shop on Main Street. Too bad it's not awesome. The place also needs a good cleaning: it has an overall messy thrift store "given-up" vibe. It smells funny/dirty (vinegar-ish) and alllll the weird clutter & grime (clean your pexiglass window around the barista, please) makes it feels a bit like a forgotten donation heap in the back of Goodwill. Such a wonderful place for mommy play dates and date days with your love ones ( friends , kids, partner etc.. ) they have large tables that you can sit in groups such as bible study or study groups! Great atmosphere! The customer service here is great! I've never been to a coffee shop where they deliver their coffee to you instead of calling out your name to pick up your drink. We went specifically for the pie, we ordered two pieces and waited almost thirty minutes before saying anything. Two girls came in behind us and got their food right away, we went up and just asked for a reimbursement. I do have to say that the manager was super sorry for it happening but the service is horrible. We stopped in today on our way to Leavenworth, I had heard some mixed things about this place but we decided to give it a try. We were not impressed. We ordered a 16oz almond milk mocha and a 16oz coconut milk mocha and it came out to $12.00. It seemed steep for coffee even with "untraditional" milk, we drink a ton of espresso and our drinks are never this much. But for a great drink we would totally be okay with that, unfortunately the coffee was not good and that's why I'm writing this review. We will have to stop somewhere else because they aren't worth drinking. The almond milk mocha is burnt and the coconut milk mocha doesn't taste like there's any coffee in it. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and we will possibly try again with a different barista but not rushing back anytime soon. read more

We saw the enticing exterior of this establishment while walking around and decided we had to come in and try. We imagined a nice matching interior, however this place had a definitive lack of atmosphere. Besides that, the coffee prices were really high: We paid $4 each for 12oz lattes. There were lots of children running around and screaming (which is fine), but the amount of children's toys scattered around was off-putting. It looked like someone's basement where they kept mismatched furniture and toys. The drink preparation area looked messy, lots of crumbs on the counter and an open jar of JIF... Additionally, there were old, dirty office chairs were being used as seating. We didn't even want to sit down! And back to the coffees: They barely tasted like coffee at all, just dairy product. We ended up throwing away both of our drinks despite how expensive they were. The "pies" advertised outside were merely congealed pre-cut slices sitting inside of a refrigerator. I would have expected a better coffee as well as experience for such a high price. I firmly believe that the owner needs to work on making their interior match their exterior, it looks as if they spent all of their money on the storefront and then went to someone's garage sale to purchase the furniture. You know there's something wrong when you don't feel that sitting down would be a sanitary thing to do. I'm sure this place would be great if it were marketed as a coffee meeting place for mothers with children, however; the stylistic design of the storefront is completely deceiving. Couple that with the sub-par milky drinks, and we have been utterly ripped off. Would certainly recommend the cafe a couple doors down over this establishment. Will not be returning. read more
