Our move cost more than double what we were quoted. Our belongings arrived 11 days late (and would have been a month late had we not pestered Nationwide relentlessly). (Nationwide gets one more star than they earned because of the good work done by the local movers they contracted for us.) Choose any other mover. I would never recommend this company…read more I was quoted approximately $1,100 for my move, and by the end of the day I was charged over $2,500, plus an additional $195 payment that I was told had to be made before the remainder of my belongings would be unloaded from the truck. Threatened to not give me my items without extra payment. The move took approximately 10.5 hours for a standard simple house to house move, and my new home was left in complete disarray. Furniture that had been disassembled was not put back together, boxes were stacked throughout my living room not brought upstairs, and many items were left outside. I could barely access parts of my home when the crew left. When I contacted management with my concerns, they refused to accept any responsibility or offer any meaningful resolution. Because of this experience, I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, and the Florida Attorney General's Consumer Protection Division. I believe consumers deserve to know about my experience so they can make an informed decision before hiring this company. This was one of the most stressful customer service experiences I have ever had, and I cannot recommend Level Up Moving.
