When customers try to address these issues, it's very difficult to get any response from management. The manager never seems to come to the phone or speak directly with customers about complaints, which is frustrating when people are simply asking for accountability and better service. The community in Evergreen Park spends hard-earned money at this establishment, and we deserve fresh food, clean facilities, and respectful customer service. I hope the owners take these concerns seriously and address the food quality, cleanliness, and management communication immediately.
