Avocado skin still left intact when in my wife's bowl.

I've never left a review before but I felt as this warranted one. I walked in to get my order that was scheduled for 3:45. I walked in and none of the kitchen lights were on. No one was behind to counters. Once there was someone, she told me that you didn't open until 3. But your online portal said 11? The girl that helped me did the best she could by herself all while a line was growing longer. The poke bowls we got were good. My wife's bowl requested avocados on her bowl and the server left some of the skin still intact to them which was the only negative. I got a special limeade drink but it was nothing like the description. In fact, it was just lime juice squeezed with water. Not sparkling water. Just water. Now I've had Crafted in the past and it hasn't let me down. It may have just been a fluke of a day, but nonetheless, there should be a standard.

I was craving poké, which I usually get in KC, but this place just didn't hit the mark for me unfortunately. I feel like the fish wasn't all that fresh and was difficult to taste due to how they were cut. Plus, my bowl was drowned in sauce and that made the whole thing super salty and unenjoyable. I got a regular salmon bowl with brown rice and poké sauce. Mix-ins: mango, jalapeño and green onion. Toppings: kimchi, seaweed salad, edamame, masago My SO also got a bowl and a cafe mocha, which he said he liked. Overall, if I were to return, I'd definitely ask for less sauce and try another protein.

Suppeerrrr cute poke place with tons of options if what to order. The service was quick and friendly with good recommendations of what to get. Definitely your typical poke place, but has a lot of options you could add to your bowl. The mountain of food we got was just the regular price surprisingly. The shaved ice desert was decent, only flavor came from the condensed milk and the cereal. Wish I got a different flavor tbh. The dole whip was really good however, as it usually is. Would recommend a visit here.

This was a nice treat and quick lunch to have. My fiancé was skeptical because of of seeing so many vegetables and not understanding the menu but I was able to build his bowl from what I know he likes and he ate every last bite and even finished my bowl. Service was good and there was enough seating for us. I look forward to returning.

This is my second time coming here and I have nothing bad to say about this place. Their drinks are amazing and the atmosphere is perfect (for me at least) to study and do my homework. Their prices aren't that bad either. They even have a rewards program through cashapp which is pretty neat! I'm always looking for places to do homework in, and this is definitely one of them! Despite being a bit far from where I live. It's worth the 15 minute drive, though.

The food is good but the staff is not friendly or happy. It's weird. Lots of little signs saying the cost is going up, sign on soda machine where multiple sodas are out. I really wish this place would get some happy employees. Every time I come in here I feel like they are doing me a favor by letting me pay for their food. It's weird I wouldn't keep on coming back but it's the only poke in town.

The food at Crafted was very delicious. My husband and I split a large Poke bowl and A Dole Whip. I also ordered an iced Matcha latte. However, the service was lack luster. We had a server on the coffee side ask us what we wanted - We told her- but then were directed to the other counter for our order to be taken. (Looking back I'm sure it's because we were ordering Poke but the whole exchange was awkward.) After sneezing with out covering their mouth and then chucking about it, the person who rang us up was did not seem like they were in the mood to do so. (I had to reach towards the back of the counter to collect our Poke bowl since they were in a hurry to walk away to tend to a different task.) The rest of our order came out very quickly and was very delicious. It was also odd to me what coffee orders they delivered to customers versus which ones they yelled out at the bar. Take away: The food was outstanding but the environment did not make a customer feel welcomed and wanted. Maybe it was just the afternoon crew. We do plan to return because the food was so good , but really hope we have a better experience next time.

Nice little coffee shop with a bonus of option to build your own Poké bowl if your craving healthy food. I stopped in today for a coffee Frappuccino made with oat milk, it was absolutely spot on! Perfect for 100° day to cool off... and their Vietnamese coffee is also super good especially if you're looking for a high caffeinated drink

We came in as a party of five at 8:30pm, fully aware they close at 9. We ordered quickly and respectfully, excited to enjoy one of my favorite dishes: the chicken katsu. I've raved about it to friends, especially the generous portions--normally two large, pounded-out chicken breasts per order. But tonight was a different story. We ordered a bibimbap, 10 wings, a roll, gyoza, a child's katsu, tempura and two chicken katsu meals (close to $20 each). For our katsus instead of full portions, it was obvious the kitchen split one order between both plates--then handed the scraps to the child's meal, which we were told would be "half" an adult size. It wasn't even close. Not only was the portion insulting, but the food wasn't fresh. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite through one piece--I had to spit it out. When we brought it up, they offered 10% off. Honestly, that felt like a slap in the face. I had just convinced people to come here based on how good this meal used to be, and instead I ended up apologizing to my guests for bringing them here and still paid for meals we weren't fully served. If you were low on chicken, in a rush to close, or just had a lazy cook that night--own it. Don't try to pass off a single meal as two. That's not just disappointing--it's dishonest. This experience was a joke. And if that's how regulars get treated, I will regular no more.

The sushi was wrapped really loosely and fell apart while I picked it up with chopsticks. My husband's beef teriyaki was good and he had no qualms on the flavor but again presentation was a little messy. Service was good. They refilled our waters and soda without issue. The food came out sporadically and was not sent out together, which left my husband waiting to eat while my food got cold (crispy rice) and then warm (sushi), respectively. Ambiance was dark and moody. Like hard to see dark; there was not enough light from the tiny candle on the table to make up for it. I get the vibe but I would opt for more light overall. The decorations on the walls were tasteful. The overhead lighting felt like they raided the outdoor patio light section of Lowe's when it was clearance in the seasonal garden section. The Tiber on the walls was nice but again felt a bit DIY. My biggest issue was with the tableware. I understand that disposable chopsticks are easier than reusable ones but honestly it would have elevated the meal a lot for me. I know it's picky but for the vibe and location it seems like it would have been an easy add.

After spending the day…read moreexploring Tanganyika Wildlife Park, we wanted a relaxing dinner within walking distance of our hotel, and this locally owned restaurant was exactly what we were hoping to find. The first surprise was the size of the restaurant. From the street, it looks fairly modest, but once inside, it opens into a beautiful historic warehouse with exposed brick, an industrial feel, and a lively atmosphere. I also loved discovering the large outdoor patio tucked away behind the building--it would be a fantastic place to enjoy live music on a future visit. We ordered the baby back ribs, which had just been introduced to the menu that evening, and they were incredible. The meat was tender enough to fall right off the bone, the baked beans had just the right amount of spice, and the fries rounded out a great comfort meal. I also enjoyed trying a local cider on tap, and we couldn't resist finishing with the Key Lime Pie Crème Brûlée, which was absolutely delicious. What really stood out was how relaxed the experience felt. Even though the restaurant was busy, we never felt rushed. The staff was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and it was the perfect place to unwind after a full day of adventure. If you're visiting Wichita, especially if you're staying in Historic Old Town, I highly recommend adding Public at the Brickyard to your itinerary. Great food, genuine hospitality, and a wonderful example of supporting local Kansas producers make this a restaurant I'll gladly return to on my next visit.
