I was impressed with the staff...that's so hard to find now a days. Dr. Smith came in and was very nice, listened to me and was very helpful and happily answered all my questions. He was very easy to talk to. I'm switching my kids in 2 weeks and I will review that as well. I highly recommend him and his staff.

They run behind on phone call visits? You don't even have to turn over rooms or wait on people.. anyway. I never received a call back - I even double checked the first go round they had my correct phone number. I waited patiently to try to call them again to see what happened but they didn't answer the phone. This office has no voicemail available or answering service. I tried to call again yesterday and again got the error that their voicemail box was full. Hmmm. Something very odd going on here I've never heard of such a poorly managed practice since I haven't been able to see in person.
