One thing that I loved about her was that very early on in the booking process, she took the time to really get to know me and my fiancé and wanted to make sure we knew her too! She made everything so personal and special! She was always quick to respond to any questions and had such great ideas for wedding day pictures. She allowed us to tell her exactly what group family/friends pictures we wanted to include so we didn't have to think about that on wedding day. She was on top of everything! She arrived on time, even a few minutes early and started snapping amazing shots right away. We absolutely love our wedding pictures. She has such talent at capturing the raw emotions of the day and it is evident in her pictures. She made me feel so comfortable in front of the camera and made me feel and look beautiful! We can relive our wedding day over and over every time we go through our pictures (which I do all the time because they are so beautiful!). The booth operator was very nice and pleasant. They will provide you a flash drive of all the photos. The only struggle was that we had to reach out to them twice to get the flash drive. Our first two deliveries never reached our location. Fortunately, they were extremely accommodating and sent out a third one with a tracking number. I recommend calling them and asking them to provide you a tracking number to verify the delivery.

However, when it came to our Wedding night, the owner came to pick us up, and he brought his girlfriend with him. When we were in transport from the wedding, she drunkenly kept trying to have ransom conversations with us while we were talking in the back. Then, to top it all off our wedding planner contacted the owner to let him know some of the issues we had and he hung up the phone on her and was exceptionally rude. On August 16th, I reached out to her to see when/how I needed to get the other $200 to her. 3 days before the bridal shower, she realized she over booked and had 3 events that day. Cindy, only wanted to move my time of my event and not the other parties because she knew the other parties. Cindy was rude and disrespectful to me on the phone and text messages. After this happened, I found out that she does this frequently because all she is after is the money. Do NOT be like me and have to find another venue for 40 people 3 days before an event. I decided to get the works, eyebrow threading, tinting, and eyelash extensions (the one I had was the little strip ones that you piece together to complete a look the plastic like lashes not mink) I get my services and I was having issues with the lashes while in the chair the woman who at this time I cannot recall her name I think it's MANSI GUPTA but it's not the older woman (the mother ) but her daughter with light like brown streaks in her hair. So she attempts to fix the issue of something sticking in my eyelid. I think the issue is resolved. Saturday rolls around I have this stabbing pain later that evening in my eyelid!! Felt like NEEDLES being jammed in my lids. So the salon was closed by this time and I could not get help. I suffered in pain until that Monday when they opened and I could go back during lunch hour. I called before I came to tell them I'm having issues. So Monday she helps me and pulls the "dry glue" out of my eyelid. So I think all is well right? NOPE! The next day the other eye the lashes are literally lifting up and dangling, itching in my eye. I go back Tuesday, the woman who normally does eyes lashes is not there so the little girl gives me the phone to speak with her and I tell her my issue now with the other eye and she tells me "ohhh you just haven't had it in a while so you just not use to it" umm weird so According to her ? this is normal. So I can't return wed or thurs due to work. I return Friday (today) 05/05 to get my lash fixed that is now still hanging in my eye!! The woman who is the daughter first wouldn't even Acknowledge me when she walked in and tried to take another woman over me . Luckily the woman let me go ahead of her. I expressed my displeasure of me having to come back and forth for my lashes I paid for! She starts to get an attitude and talking to me as if I were unintelligent and telling me "this is normal! This is normal! The eyelash is still on your eye!" I said it's still hanging in my eye!! She was like you got stuff stuck all on them. Called florist this morning, sorry, we didn't see the order, we can deliver or refund. My aunt is expecting them now, so hopefully they actually get delivered today. $87, $65 was the flowers, rest were fees, and they couldn't get the order done? I will not use them again, and I advise anyone who does, you better call first thing that day and check on your order.
