Called a day before and made an appointment for a pedicure the following day. They were able to accommodate the time slot I wanted. The salon was a little tricky for me to find as I was visiting from out of state. The salon was clean and the girl did a great job on my pedicure cleaning all the cuticles. I've been to Bella Nails & Spa maybe 3-4 times and each time has been a fun and inviting experience. The staff is very friendly and treat you like a friend, which makes it such a fun experience while you pamper your hands and feet. In my most recent visit, Jenny helped take care of me and my bridesmaids for a wedding. One of my bridesmaids booked the appointment and we made a last minute change the day before so one of our girls wouldn't do a manicure and it messed up the booking. Even so, they were flexible with us and made sure to try and fit all of us in for that time slot. We also didn't mention that I was getting married that weekend when scheduling the appointment, but when they found out through conversation, they gave me an extra pampering experience. Jenny even went out of her way to get us boba while we did everything. There was a lot of care and quality that went into our manicures and pedicures. I'm not a super talkative person, but all of the girls working there made it feel so welcoming and fun. They were more than okay with our nail requests and paid so much attention to detail throughout the entire experience. I don't often to manicures and pedicures, but I'll definitely return to Bella Nails & Spa whenever I plan to do so. read more
