I had taken one Benadryl Prescription Capsule the night before due to an Allergy I was healing from on my left arm. When I had woken up at 10:30 AM I slept in that day on Friday. My has 2 Mattresses on my bed because a former tenant (Travis) put another extra mattress on my bed for more comfort. This blanket I was using that night was wrapped around my waist. I unfortunately was too close to the edge on the left side of my bed. Then I tried to get up from my bed. I fell off the bed and I hit my Head really Hard on the tile floor. I couldn't get up because I injured the back of my head, my neck , and my lower back when I fell off my bed. My Apple IPhone XR was being charged on my dresser that was located on the opposite side of my bed. I was in excruciating pain and I laid down on the floor in my room from (10:30 AM to 12:30 PM ) for 2 long hours. I live with a Group of 3 people. Their names are Michelle, James and Sharon. All of these (3 people) have (severe Mental Health Conditions). I am the only person who lives there without a mental illness. No one could help me to get up and off from my bedroom floor. Everyone was in their separate bedrooms. After 2 hours later at 12:30 PM. I had the strength to roll over on my right side even though I was in excruciating discomfort. I used my knees and then I put both hands on top of my bed then I had to pull my body up so I could sit down on my bed. I could barely move . Then I was able to get my Apple IPhone XR . I sent a message to Michelle who I am her part time Caregiver 3 days a week working in the house. I told Michelle who was in her room. I tried sending Michelle a text message telling her that I fell off my bed and I hit my head very hard on the floor. I asked Michelle to come into my Room and to help me get up off the floor and out me in my bed. Michelle didn't respond back to my 2 text messages I sent yo GM her on my Apple IPhone XR. Michelle didn't respond back not help at all. At that time, I had to call the 911, Emergency Dispatch Services at 1 PM to send an Ambulance out to my house to transport me to Sharp Memorial Hospital. The AMR Ambulance arrived at my house within 15 minutes. I was still in my room laying down because I was in too much pain and I couldn't walk. Steve this veteran paramedic was very caring and very experienced with the situation with my Fall Incident. Eduardo was new abd training to become a paramedic Wyeth the assistance of a trainer Lauren. Steve said he is going to put a Neck Brace on my neck and he also got a backboard to use when Lauren and Eduardo brought the gurney into my room. Steve, Edwardo, and Lauren took the sheets off my bed with me lying down on them. The safest method for me and them was to transfer me to the gurney from my bed using my bed sheets. Then I was placed into the AMR Ambulance and then I asked to be transferred to Sharp Memorial Hospital on Friday, August 14, 2026 . I arrived at the Hospital at 1 PM. I got an available bed in the Emergency Room within 10 minutes if my arrival time at 1:10 PM. Nurse Megan set me up with a Heart Monitor Machine and my Blood Pressure was taken every 15 minutes. The nurses station was monitoring my Blood Pressure and also checking my Heartbeats to make sure I was okay . The tech. Evan came in and he gave me 3 Warm Blankets he put over me to keep me warm . Then Dr. Byron Buckley the Emergency Room physician examined my Head, Neck, and my lower back with his hands. Then he used his stethoscope to hear my heart rate and to check if my heart rate was on the normal level. Dr. Buckley told me he had ordered me to take a CAT SCAN without Contrast Dye on my Head, Neck, and my Spine. I was taken by Evan the tech. to the CAT SCAN Room to get prepared to take this CAT SCAN Test on my Head, Neck, and my Back. The results showed I don't have no fractures and I don't have any Broken Bones. Plus I didn't take my Blood Thinner on Thursday, August 13, 2026 all day. The Good News was I didn't receive No Bleeding in my Brain. But I did receive a lot of Bruising to the back of my Head. I also sprained my Neck and I injured my Lower Back. I have to use a cane to walk around outside. Dr. Byron Buckley said it's going to take me several weeks or longer to fully recover from my Head Trauma with my sprained Neck and bruised Back. Dr. Buckley has prescribed for me to take Tylenol @ 325 Milligrams 2 pills once every (4 to 6 Hours) for my pain relief. Dr. Byron Buckley and his Medical Team did a very thorough analysis on my Head Injury plus everyone was very helpful and caring to my serious medical condition.

I was admitted as a voluntary…read morepsyche patient and while I was staying there, I noticed the lack of staff in the psych ward. Open unit or not, you CANNOT understaff a psych ward. This puts the nurses and other staff at risk. What if there is a mental breakdown and the staff become endangered because understaffing? Security? What if security can't make it in time? Listen to your staff, because I have been in group homes in the past where the patients/clients overwhelmed the staff. This is a liability and if you don't want your staff to sue for injuries AFTER requesting for more staffing, add more staff. A lawsuit would cost you more money than staffing the damn psych ward. Before anyone says anything.... I am the one who noticed the staffing issue. I asked about it because I know for a fact it's unsafe.... And I was told by said staff that they have TRIED to request more staff. I was not asked to do this, I am doing this because I saw a real safety issue. Do better! This is my favorite hospital and I don't like leaving bad reviews.

I requested to be driven to Sharp Memorial Emergency Hospital in Claremont, CA. Because this Hospital was recommended by my good friend Michelle. I finally became a new patient at Sharp Memorial Emergency Hospital afterwards on July 2, 2026. Everyone of their ER Doctors gave me excellent medical treatment and I only had to wait 10 minutes to be assigned a bed in their Emergency Room. Unfortunately , I was convinced by a Falk Ambulance Paramedic to go to this Sharp Grossmont Emergency Hospital. My Date of Service on Wednesday on July 10, 2026 from a (6 Hour Tine Period) at my Arrival Time 6:30 PM until I was discharged from 12:30 AM. I have experienced a Traumatic Event from being IGNORED, DisRespected and I received NO Medical Treatment from Dr. Chris Young. Dr. Chris Young is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person and a JERK ER Doctor I have ever met. Dr. Chris Young has committed Fraud by doing nothing but charging my Medi-Care Insurance Company and charging my Medi-CAL for giving me NO MEDICAL CARE for my very serious DVT (Blood Clot) in my right leg. I was not in stable condition on Wednesday, June 10, 2026. The reason I was picked up from my house in San Diego, CA was because the swelling in my Right Leg has gotten worse and I had other symptoms that accompanied my very serious Medical Condition. My symptoms was very high Blood Pressure, my Blood Pressure was 184/71. That's the first time I had elevated Blood Pressure because my Blood Pressure has always been 120/60 and I felt like I was going to faint. That was a big red flag that me as a patient needed to be examined by an Emergency Room Doctor immediately. I also have filed a Report and an Official GRIEVANCE Complaint with my Insurance Company Blue Shield Promise of CA on July 18, 2026. Then I received this official document that was mailed out to my residence from Blue Shield Promise of California. There was supposed to be a 30 days Investigation by the CA Medical Board of Directors . I learned that from the outcome of this Investigation on Dr. Chris Young , his lazy Medical Assistant Pat and the incompetent Registration Clerk named Tiffany who she asked for my Social Security Number. Tiffany asked for the last 4 digits on my social security number then she wrote down my (4 Digit Number) on the yellow Post It Note. Tiffany was supposed to type my Social Security Number into her computer and also to save my Medical Records electronically for the Registration Office. I saw Tiffany didn't type up NONE of my necessary personal information into her computer like my Full Name , my Date of Birth, my Home Address and she didn't ask for my Drivers License for Identification. Some of the people they hire to work for Sharp Grossmont Emergency Hospital are very ignorant and incompetent like Tiffany was. Tiffany said , she is going to throw away my Social Security Number that she had written the last 4 digits of my Social Security Number on a Yellow Posted Note in her Trash Can on July 10, 2026. I told Tiffany NO because some person will use it to steal my identity. I told Tiffany to shred my Social Security Number on the Yellow Posted Note using her paper shredder for my security. Then Tiffany I saw finally agreed with me. That's the standard procedure to shred patients social security number to prevent identity theft. When Arianna this Blue Shield Promise of CA Grievance Coordinator called Dr. Chris Young regarding this Grievance Complaint that I had filed and reported against him and his medical employees. Dr. Chris Young LIED and told Arianna that my name was called by him (5 Times). My Name was only called ONCE. That was to check to see if I was still waiting in their Emergency Room. Yes I was waiting there for 6 long hours without No Complete Bloid Test that I asked to be ordered and me to take to see my Blood Test Results and No Ultrasound Machine was done on my Right Leg to confirm the diagnosis that I have a Blood Clot. I also was Ignored the whole time for 6 long hours. I was not assigned No Bed in the back Emergency Room and I received No Blood Thinner . Dr. Chris Young was also harassing me in the Emergency Waiting Room Lobby. Dr. Young was trying to force me out of their Emergency Room. I told Dr. Young he doesn't own this Sharp Grossmont Emergency Hospital so he cannot make me leave. I continued to call a Uber Driver to pick me up at the back of the Emergency Department Building. I am going to fight for my rights and fight for Justice. BMy advice is Please don't go to Sharp Grossmont Emergency Hospital because some of their Doctors are committing FRAUD.

She expressed absolutely no empathy, kindness, or consideration for the patient. My wife had an appointment for a procedure (for which she had to wait a month), but the office staff made a mistake with the orders and schedule, so they did not perform the procedure. In addition, the staff failed to provide the patient with important, scheduled specialty care. We were treated horribly by the office manager. Here is what the office manager should have said when she came into the room, "I'm so sorry you've been sitting here, half naked, for 45 minutes after the medical assistant said she would be right back to start your procedure. Is there anything I can do to make you more comfortable? I'm afraid that our office made a mistake in the ordering of the procedure for today and there are some issues that we need to get resolved. I'm sure this is very frustrating and disappointing for you. I apologize for your discomfort and inconvenience. But, I'd like to work with you to get this resolved as quickly as possible and with the least inconvenience to you as possible. We value you as a patient and want to make this right." The office manager said nothing like this. She expressed absolutely no empathy, kindness, respect, or consideration for the patient. She failed to address important specialty care that needed to occur at this appointment. She tried to blame us for the mistakes of the front desk staff and the medical assistant. She was reluctant to admit that the front desk staff made an error. She did not offer to make things right or go out of her way to get things resolved smoothly. She did not say she would try to expedite any follow through. She never expressed any care or consideration for the patient. Needless to say, we will not return to this practice.
