Joy the cashier who is an employee in the Sharp Grossmont Hospital was a very friendly person to talk to and she was also very helpful in choosing the right food for me to eat so my blood test I was supposed to take would be more accurate. NEUROSCIENCE DEPT My brother had laminectomy procedure done about a month ago. Prior to his surgery, he stayed at the neuroscience building, on the first floor. Surgery went well. The family and I liked that we were able to see my brother without having time restraints. He was later transferred to west wing (building next door). Throughout my brother's stay at hospital, the nursing staff and everyone my brother encountered during his stay at both wing, were accommodating, caring, helpful and good spirited. Thank you Grossmont Hospital for taking very good care of my brother. I would send shout-outs to staff that were extra helpful and kind. Sorry I did not remember everyone's name. This visit had to do with my father. I have to say everyone along the way has been terrific. From a customer service standpoint I'd say fantastic. He started in the ER where they took good care of him with a fast assessment and understandable assessment of the situation. They were short beds so it took almost a day to get him admitted to the hospital. He made it to 2 north. I watched as the all nurses had to really hustle with all the patients. They really were terrific - can't underscore enough how much were appreciated the team. The doctors and surgeon were excellent, top notch. Dr Desai and Dr Leung (surgeon) did a great job explaining everything and taking good care of him. His day nurse, Veeda ,was wonderful - attentive, sympathetic and understanding. His night nurse chaseeka (sorry I don't recall the spelling) took great care of him. In fact everyone on the 2 north floor was soooo nice. Sometimes we grabbed someone in the hall and no one brushed us off, they were very helpful. I'm really sad about how understaffed this hospital is and how many patients they have. With respect to the room, there are two people assigned per room. Not really much room for visitors. When we first arrived I was hesitant as it doesn't feel sterile (other than the main lobby and surgery center). It's definitely showing its age. It would be nice for there to be an expansion or for Kaiser to open up - their facility is just sitting there... So overall, despite the appearance, given the situation, a good experience. read more

Hi I am writing this review about Sharp Grossmont Hospital. A couple of days ago. I was in the emergency room for a possible stroke and all the doctors and nurses were very helpful. Theirs several other issues that needs to be addressed at this time. The first is being in the emergency room for over 13 hours or more to find a room upstairs once I got to the room all the nurses are very helpful. The next issue is that I had to wait for a long period of time for a bariatric bed for me once I got it is really comfortable. The next issue is waiting for a long wait time for the kitchen to bring up the food trays to the room. read more

Horrible service!! My mother has cancer, she wasn't feeling well so we go to this place. Mind you we are here for HOURS!! My mother asked me please ask a nurse for ice chips i say no problem. There was no one I could ask in the front the big doors open, I say excuse me ma'am if you don't mind if you could get my mom some ice chips. This hoe says ask the person in the front. I clearly see no one is there. Hoe nurse says just wait that person the person will be back, I'm kinda mad but don't say anything crazy, the same lady 'hoe nurse' comes out grabbing something from the front. Look I get it ur busy and I'm sure you deal with some challenges with patients we just wanted ice chips. I eventually tell the lady in the front she says they always say go tell the front. Today was a quick in and out for a CT of my sinuses as they have been giving me issues. I was referred here by my MD. The waiting list is long but once in there everything runs rather smooth. I want to give a special thank you to the staff for their kindness. My appointment was at 12:30 and when I arrived to find out they wanted me there at 12:00 (which were not stated in my instructions). I was floored but my understanding was that it was for pre-registration that I already filled out online & I assumed that with it being lunch time, I would be a patient right after them coming back. Memo to myself to come 15min early any where even with pre-registration. Anyone coming here at the imaging center you will need to arrive 30min early fyi. Even with my fault of misunderstanding the schedule. The desk staff were so polite and worked me right in. They weren't nasty about explaining the time situation & just said it's ok. Cindy was my technician who did the CT scan and she was so polite and made me feel welcomed. She explained the procedure that it was simple and quick after positioning me on a long bed table. There was a huge circle that was over me yikes. The circle is huge and intimating as I thinking, "oh my!! I'm going to be head in and can't move".. ‍ Cindy said, "You can close your eyes and place your hands over your tummy" so I followed her instructions. She came to my head to center me under a red light. She then seems to fade in the background and then I hear a noise like something going around the cylinder for about 2 min max if that and it was over. She was said, "ok it's all done and results should be back to your MD in less than 5 days". That literally was it. Total time: Check in 2 minutes, I may have sat in the waiting room less than 10 minutes and scan was about 3 minutes. Awesome and quick experience. Ok now the parking is where they got me... Why is it for less than 30 minutes $3?? They do not validate parking for regular parking but for handicapped parking only. If there is a parking attendant he may take cash I'm unsure but make sure you bring a card to pay for the parking just in case. read more

You know my first experience with the horrible staff there was when I come out of a coma and was treated with the upmost respect only to return to utter disrespect, and the doctor diagnosing you with somebody else's chart, and that was course unchecked as apparently they don't care whether or not their doctors are doing what they supposed to to my current situation or I have water on my heart something traveling through my leg and because I have inadequate insurance quickly, I was discharged his notes. He lied on, and I can prove it, but that's OK. They'll probably switch that I took screenshots, but I want to say this their dietary is off the hook. I know now where they spend a lot of their money because I'll tell you what these people are amazing the meals that they prepare and present to the patients even a local one blew me away. So I took my dad into the Sharp Grossmont ER because he was having some issues and we were his caregivers so of course we do our best to keep him alive, fed, hydrated, showered, shaved, cared for, etc. and I am not in the medical field nor do I have the knowledge of this field so I rely on an once a week Nurse for guidance or the nurse at the hospital for guidance. My dad was 89 years old, had blood work done on June 30, 2025 with his primary care doctor but no one ever called me or communicated to me that there was anything wrong especially the afternoon and night that I took him into the hospital ER then to ICU because of low blood pressure. I took him to the ER because of dehydration and confusion and mild pain around 10 AM on August 19, 2025. They asked me if I wanted to provide him comfort care and I was like sure but I also want you to treat the problem and get him fixed up. I was not told that my dad was terminal, in bad shape, that you should come right away (after I left the hospital since I was waiting for a call about his condition) and spend your last moments with him nor did they contact me at all until the next day when he was already dead. Apparently this Hospital doesn't give a shit about anyone except their bottom line and their Billing processes. I put blame in humanity that does not act with kindness, courtesy and respect especially when dealing with the elderly. Your staff needs to learn humanity and compassion along with extensive communication skills towards the family, which you did not with us and you robbed us from being with my father when he died. Neglecting a patient's family is a travesty and legal actions will be considered. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND ANOTHER HOSPITAL 1 STAR OUT OF 5 STARS IS WHAT WE GIVE THIS SO CALLED HOSPITAL. Zero stars, very rude young nurses. Told several of them multiple times my family member was a very hard draw and please bring in ultrasound guided equipment to find a vein for the IV. Instead of taking my advice one tried it herself and tortured the patient redirecting the needle aggressively for more than 2 minutes. Well good job idiot the patient ended up with a huge bilateral blood clot. Ultrasound teck asked if there was a fistula used or if they're were undergoing dialysis which they're not, that's how fucking aggressive the nurse was causing that much damage. Shame on nurses who have no empathy and don't listen. Place smells and is dirty, very rude employees. Sad to know your in these individuals care when your sick and vulnerable. So sad. read more

I have historically had great experiences at this hospital warranting a 5-star review, but to be fair & balanced I am giving a 3-star review, because if I were reviewing practitioner Erika Trujillo, NP (NPI 1396462917) alone it would be 1-star. I went to the ER with worsening hip pain and a low-grade fever after a recent injection. The provider Erika Trujillo, NP ran a CBC and electrolyte panel. I requested additional labs (CRP/ESR). She said they were not warranted. I respected her decision but asked that she document my request and her decision in my medical record (a reasonable and standard request). Trujillo emoted anger and immediately walked out, left me waiting confused, and delayed my care for an additional hour. She then returned to tell me only "You are free to go", stating she would document what she felt was appropriate. When I asked if she was refusing to document my request and what we discussed about testing, she said she would document what she wanted and then refused to give her name, saying it would appear on the After Visit Summary (it did not). In our interactions, Trujillo interrupted and talked over me and I had to ask if I could please finish speaking. Overall, I was left waiting for hours and feeling dismissed and confused by her reaction to a standard patient request. When I later spoke with the charge nurse, I learned that the labs I had requested were eventually ordered (after my request) and returned normal. But Trujillo never communicated that she had ordered them, or that the results were normal, thus making the documentation request no longer necessary. She also did not communicate prescription medications were ordered. I only noticed them later on my discharge papers. But even though that was documented in the discharge papers, Trujillo never actually called the prescription in. The lack of transparency, communication, and professionalism made the experience unnecessarily stressful and confusing and delayed my care. I cannot recommend this practitioner and the experience has unfortunately impacted my previously high opinion of Sharp Grossmont. read more

Terrible experience. Staff was rude and the treatment was beyond horrific. They didn't have beds for overnight patients and instead made me sleep in a stiff reclining chair with no pillow. ED pod E security guard Rico (wouldn't give me last name) was verbally abusing a patient by telling her to "shut up and that she was mad annoying" He was also on his cellphone most of his shift watching some sort of sports game. I asked him multiple times to please turn off his phone because I didn't want to hear the game buzzers. He ignored my request multiple times and gave me extreme attitude when I was being discharged. He should be no where near hospital patients. When I told the nursing staff about his reboot they didn't seem to care and said "well she was threatening us" ... disappointed in the lack of care/compassion in that department. Go anywhere else but here. Sadly I can't give less than 1 star and if I could they would definitely get ZERO read more

My goodness these people were sent and sculpted by the angels themselves. Came in thinking I had a fracture and learning I have a tumor. They've been so kind and considerate. Making sure I have everything I need mentally and emotionally. Hospitals sucks but they're giving me a vacation experience while I get treated. Love love love them. read more

I went in for fainting and they said it was a stroke and never felt they believed me when I was telling them something wrong all my test were good but I passed out during therapy and could not walk one side stiff Neurologist said nothing until the last day she was rude and look Angry the nurse said she felt she was in a mental hospital I try to joke back nurses were amazing but no answers to what was wrong I am up at 2:05 am feeling scared that I might die psychiatrist doctor that evaluated me said you don't have to go to a mental hospital you need a psychiatrist unreal he look like he was going to kill me he was scary they made my husband feel like I'm crazy poor nurses who were trying hard were the best at making me feel ok but now I'm more mess up scared I might die what I had was the worst feeling not just passing out but scarred.I have major anxiety now and my last surgery was messed up so yes I panic on things.the nurses were more helpful when doctor finally came she was the best and made more sense but neurologist doctor was having a bad day like the nurse said it's like a mental hospital there poor nurses.its the same place that said I had nothing years ago and it took another hospital to find my problem caught it on time I almost died then they had to do another surgery because the first one was messed up so ya I get scared I'm glad my test are good but I pray what happened to me last time won't happen again because I almost died literally my trauma is real and I'm scared thought this would not happen again man it's scary!!! Well, the staff seemed so professional. I got right in after suffering for two months straight with severe constipation and being hit with a huge attack. I go there. they go through their "professional" motions and then do ABSOLUTELY nothing to correct the problem. They just sent me home without doing anything. It wasn't an emergency, so just suffer. I don't know about you, but I don't like going to the hospital for my appointments. It's a mixture between the long wait time to be seen or the overall over worked staff. However this time I was here to support my wife for a CT scan. This place is getting a major face-lift to the entire facility and parking structure. The waiting room was very open and clean with TV's. This hospital is well taken care of and the staff was friendly and helpful even though we were 20 minutes late (not our fault, the email was wrong). My wife was called to the back in the first 5 minutes of us being there, so i knew the waiting game was on and crackin! So I sat in the waiting room thinking that I could catch a quick nap and about 10 minutes on the dot, my wife comes out and says "let's go". I couldn't believe it was finished and the room was flowing with people going in and out. Whatever this staff is doing keep up the good work. Now the only thing I would speak down on was the pay toll at the pay structure. We was there for only 30 minutes and it counts $3.00. I was so grateful for the quick turn around I gladly paid it, the quality of service it was definitely worth it. Good job! read more

My mom was here in and out for 2 months. For the last 2 weeks at the hospital, the staff was great. Social worker, nurses, doctors, everyone was very helpful with her care. Nurses that recognized her name from the previous month came by to visit her and check on her. They did everything to make her comfortable through her stay, she went through a lot. Towards the end of her stay, the social worker asked where I wanted her to go to continue her end of life, she gave me options and I told her that I didn't want her to go back to the place she came from or anything like it, she said she was going to look into to see if she qualify to go to one of their hospice homes instead. She looked at every detail to make sure she didn't missed anything that could prevent my mom from going to one of their homes, and it paid off. She was able to go to one of Sharp's hospice homes and it was the best decision made. I am so thankful of everyone who helped us make my mom comfortable and well taken care of while she was at the hospital. All of this was between the ER, ICU, and behavioral department, my mom had dementia. read more

I had a total Left Knee replacement surgery performed here on January 23, 2024. Please note that the front of the hospital is inder construction, so there is a lot of re-routing of patients to various entrances, which may not be the closest to where you are going within the hospital. Parking is available in several concrete parking staructures that surround the hospital. There are also a few handicapped parking places out in the open up front, but they go fast. I like the fact that there is a little chapel just inside the entrance foyer where you can pray and meditate. Inside the chapel. you will find a quiet room with a big ruffled clam shell sitting on a table. You write a note of prayer you place messages and prayers into the shell. The male and female nurses at Grossmont Hospital are very nice. You often hear them signing songs by Karen Carpenter or Stevie Nicks as they walk down the hallways. That helps lighten the mood and atmosphere, which is, of course, very serious in a medical facility. read more

They outsource their doctors and you get double billed when you go here. I've reached out to customer service for about 2 years now trying to clear up a bill that was improperly coded and my insurance will pay if this company will get their head out of their ass and actually fix the coding on it, but they won't. Avoid ALL hospitals or offices associated with TEAM HEALTH and SHARP as they are all scammers and will not properly do their jobs. They will bill you for services NOT rendered and there is evidently no recourse or person to talk to because all you get in touch with is a billing department. Looking into filing charges for fraud at this point. I don't need this kind of stress in my life over something that is in no way my fault and should have been properly done or fixed the first 5 times I called in about it. read more

The staff here is so wonderful especially Amanda (Registered Nurse), Danielle (Registered Nurse), and the whole team in the Post-Op unit (3rd Floor). I just wanted to leave my honest review I will not be returning back to this hospital. This once was a hospital I really respected and got good care at but over the years things a lot has changed. I was having severe pain and I went to emergency on the trolley. When I arrived there I was seen very quickly but the doctors didn't give me the kind of care I needed. I was laying in the bed shivering cold and nobody offered me a warm blanket. I had to get up and ask someone and I was dismissed by a doctor. he ignore me and told me he was busy when there was hardly anybody there. I had to get a cyst drained and we all know how painful that can be I was in tears the numbing cream did not work, I felt everything and I was crying in pain. All the nurses said was I told you this wasn't going to be comfortable that it would be painful, it was traumatic. Afterwards there was blood everywhere and the doctor told me that she would bring me wipes... She told me I can go home she didn't provide me with any pain medication only a prescription that I had to get the next day. I arrived at 10:00 pm at hospital on the trolley and I did not leave until 2: 20am in the morning. Of course if you ride the trolley you know that the trolley does not run until 4:00 am in the morning, I was stuck there. And I didn't feel comfortable staying there longer than needed I was rushed out! I do think that I should have got a bed to rest in for a little considering I had just got a painful procedure done And was bleeding still, I paid for my visit but didn't get the treatment I deserved. Instead I was in pain and I was rushed out, very quickly the lady told me I can wait in the lobby when I could barely sit due to pain! One thing I can say is it seems like this hospital is all about money they'll be quick to ask you your insurance or ask you what your debit card information is but don't give you the proper care that you need as a human being. So I will not be coming back here I'll spend my money elsewhere they really need to start caring more about their patients. Luckily I was able to get home late at night I was so happy to be out of there. read more

Worst ER I have ever been to. I came here with having a hard time breathing, struggling. They got me in the back quick to do test. But then I waited over 3 hours struggling to even breath. 2 hours struggling to breath before I even got here because I initially didnt want to come to the ER.I couldnt catch my breath, my chest hurt and my ribs. Pain in my hand and shaking. Faint. The provider assigned to me was Dr. Patel. He didn't once come to talk to me or give me any sort of update. I was told vitals were normal after I asked for an update after waiting 3 hours and what not which i saw when I took it upon myself to look at the app but i was struggling and extremely uneasy and light headed to the point where at moments i felt like I might pass out.While other patients around me had a provider(s) come over and nurses and staff check on them yet no one came to ask me if I needed anything or give me any updates while i sat there. I finally asked a staff member at the front, hes like your on the list. Doctor will be with you shortly. Which wasnt the case. He also had the audacity to say your breathing is fine, i can check again if it makes you feel better. Like are you serious.Like i understand at the ER your going to wait but to have everyone around me being helped and Im sitting blindly? What person would want that? Then when the provider finally came over he said all my vitals were fine but via sharp app i saw some of my labs were abnormal!! Like why arent you telling me that! Do i worry or not?! Entire time I waited I sat in a very uncomfortable chair by the wall. Also the doctor was discussing what was going on with me where other patients could hear my treatment and outcome etc and vice versa. And sitting in that chair my back started hurting! My back was not an issue before I came in tonight. Also he tried to say sorry for the wait. And then disappeared for another 40 minutes. Oh ill be right back. I feel like this ER was very neglectful of care for me. This is first time I was not a fan of Sharp healthcare and their practice. Also heard staff members talking amongst one another in the front and using profanity outloud right by the double doors where patients wait on the otherside. Also talking about personnal stuff that should not be discussed on the floor. Also doctor couldnt figure out what was wrong with me, he verbally told me he was making an assumption of what he thought it could be because via what test he ran he didnt find anything wrong. Oh thats comforting.. your a doctor arent you. Something of a promising answer would make more sense then what I was being told. I pray i feel better because I dont want to come back! read more

Doc and staff have great bedside manner. I've had many experiences with other places not taking my pain seriously, and sharps did. They did testing to find any underlying issue as well as help with current pain management. Also love their app so I never feel in the dark about my healthcare. read more

5 Hours in the ER With Major Process Issues After experiencing severe lower-back pain, I called a nurse line and was advised to go to Sharp Urgent Care in Santee, CA. The visit there was smooth--quick intake, minimal wait, and both the nurse and doctor were thoughtful and thorough. The doctor suspected a kidney stone and strongly recommended I go to the ER for a CT scan. He provided a form meant to communicate the situation and (ideally) help expedite my care. Unfortunately, things went downhill at the Sharp Grossmont ER. Hours 1-2 The intake form from Urgent Care seemed to have no impact. Staff repeated the same tests, and my blood draw was done poorly, leaving a large bruise. Shortly after, I was asked for payment. Hours 2-4 Then came a long period of waiting. Eventually, a doctor came in; he seemed to think I didn't need to be there and tried to make light of the situation, which only came across as dismissive. A nurse then prepared me for a contrast CT, using ultrasound to find a vein--only for the test to be done without contrast moments later. The scan itself took just a few minutes. Hour 5 After another full hour passed with no update, I went to the nurse's station. They told me they were preparing to send me for a CT...which I had already completed. Meaning I had been waiting that extra hour for nothing. Only after my inquiry did someone apologize. The doctor returned within minutes to discharge me. Five hours total, on what didn't appear to be a particularly busy evening. Additional concern While waiting, I could clearly hear intakes behind a thin partition--names, ages, medical issues, including substance-use concerns. It didn't seem even remotely HIPAA-compliant. I chose Grossmont because it's close to home and connected to my PCP. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated and disappointed. Next time, I'll go to Memorial in Kearny Mesa, where I've heard care is more organized. Hopefully, there won't be a next time. Ugh. read more

I was brought here after an attempt. The way I was treated made me feel like I should've been ashamed it didn't work. I overheard staff communicating amongst each other about my situation, when told how many pills I took one of the responses was "that's it?" Not to mention the nurses were nothing but rude. I had an IV in my arm since the time I got there (I was there for almost six hours) and it was beginning to hurt my arm. All the fluids were finished and I was requesting to get the IV out but no one wanted to take the time to help me. Due to all the fluids I had to use the restroom a lot, they let me get up and go twice with supervision but eventually wanted me to urinate in my bed? It was humiliating. I hate this place more than the actual behavioral health center I was sent to. read more

I'm not sure how to even write this review.. Beware of the doctors who think they are God and make sure you advocate for yourself because not many here will. They'll just keep pumping you full of pills and sending you in circles. There is a lot of tension and disagreement amongst the specialists. The managers and nurses are sweet, but there are better places to go. We met a few who actually gave a damn, which is why I am torn writing this review. My son was promised a fix, and he was trapped instead and made worse. Then, he was blown off and left to suffer in pain. Something is not right about this place. And who charges to park at a hospital?! EDIT: I am not complaining about the ER. His problems happened in the Neuroscience Center. It was a wonderful place... until it wasn't. The surgeon, who we met in the ER at Chula Vista, leaves the country every other week, so there is no true continuum of care. read more

The experience was so bad at the ER that I filed a complaint with Patient Relations. My boyfriend was trying to pass a horrible kidney stone, and I couldn't get the wheelchair to unlock. Only after I was about to attempt to limp him up to check-in did the security guard ask, "Do you need a wheelchair?" We checked in at first security where they gave us wristbands. Then we went to check -in where my boyfriend couldn't concentrate from the horrific pain and the lady was taking her sweet time. Then we pass through ANOTHER security checkpoint to get to the door. Then we enter the door and security at some small desk asked if we checked in. We told them we checked in twice. Then they made a scene in front of the lobby saying we didn't follow the rules and didn't check in. I thought, what? LAX doesn't have this many security checkpoints, so why do you need them?? So then they tell me I need a visitor badge. I said, "I'm leaving." Then as I was trying to leave the ER semicircle one of the nurses gets right next to my car so I can't leave. I could see her in the backup camera shaking her head no at me. What!!!! So now I can't even leave?? I was beyond livid. Later I pick up my boyfriend who said a nurse chewed him out while he was writhing in pain and said, "Your wife can't come in here and do what she wants." NO - absolutely horrible experience, rude nurses and security guards, and no clear signs as to where to go. Completely ridiculous. There have been instances where they left my boyfriend in a wheelchair out in the cold air and emergency room. No patient care here! read more

alright, i'm editing this review from 5 stars to 1 star. The only reason 5 stars were even mentioned in the first place was because of Lana L.'s outstanding attitude in the OR. she's the best! now on the other hand, Dr O'brien should genuinely be fired and not let back on. he's a huge @$$hole. i waited for 4 hours in D station with him as the lead doctor. I was in some of the worst pain i've ever experienced in my life. i had to beg for pain relief and never got any. at the end of four hours i was ordered 2 tylenol and sent home, meanwhile given the worst attitude by the doctor considering the length of stay and type of care received. i will never set foot in this hospital again. disgusting. read more

Thr doctors are probably good enough. None of them are employed by Sharp, they are contract services. My doctors are not available most of the time, sometimes waiting 2 months for an appointment. I was referred to an orthopedic doctor. I saw him once then found out he had left and started his own practice. My PCP is interesting. He's never even given me a total physical. Summary: the doctors don't report directly to Sharp. My orthopedic Dr Has moved to his own practice. My neurologist is OK (I think) but I wouldn't take my dog to a Sharp facility. I would not recommend Sharp for anything. I'd find a place south of the border first. read more

Terrible experience. Staff was rude and the treatment was beyond horrific. They didn't have beds for overnight patients and instead made me sleep in a stiff reclining chair with no pillow. ED pod E security guard Rico (wouldn't give me last name) was verbally abusing a patient by telling her to "shut up and that she was mad annoying" He was also on his cellphone most of his shift watching some sort of sports game. I asked him multiple times to please turn off his phone because I didn't want to hear the game buzzers. He ignored my request multiple times and gave me extreme attitude when I was being discharged. He should be no where near hospital patients. When I told the nursing staff about his reboot they didn't seem to care and said "well she was threatening us" ... disappointed in the lack of care/compassion in that department. Wow. I've never been treated so terribly in my life. Nurse asked if I was coming down from anything and then proceeded to tell me "you have the flu you're not dying". Not something you wanna hear when you're at your wits end. The quality of care was absolutely lacking, and I wish these people the best. I however will never come here. I will talk completely negative about them until the end. As someone in the service industry disgusted with these humans. read more

I read online that my new doctor's office was located at 5555 Grossmont Center Dr, La Mesa, CA 91942. I was dropped off and walked into the hospital, but they then told me that doctors didn't have any offices there. I have a little dementia and needed a little help, and they provided a little help. We found out that my doctor was just about a minute or two away, but they arranged for someone to take me in a van. I believe that the driver's name was Daniel. I really appreciated the help. I've stayed as a patient in the hospital a couple of times and know that they can be very helpful. read more

Neurology/neurosurgery/SICU the team in these departments were amazing. Thank you everyone so much for the care you provided. You guys are so amazing from the time we arrived to the time we left. I would like to thank the surgeons and the nurses for everything they have done to make our stay that much more comfortable. read more
