They got me in quickly to scan my vehicle, they were quick, so EXTREMELY kind, and explained everything so thoroughly to me (who doesn't know much about cars). Well now my husband and I will always bring our cars here when something is wrong. LITERALLY can't recommend them enough!

The straw that broke the camel's back was when we made repeated text messages with him indicating that he would indeed be here today at 10:00 to complete the repair . He indicated that indeed he would be here today. He was not. The issue is the owner of the vehicle has to take off work thus losing money to make these appointments . He did not show he did not reply to any emails or phone calls . As of this riding I'm still waiting to hear from him . I have contacted someone else to complete the repairs . As a business owner myself , I can't even imagine treating your customers this way . Do not use this person . I see the good reviews seem to be a year ago . Apparently, a lot can happen in the year .

Despite investing several thousand dollars in repairs, new problems continue to arise. If you're looking for a reliable, quality import from Japan, I would strongly recommend steering clear of this dealership.

Today was the first time (but will not be my last time) that I took my truck to Elledge Automotive Services for an oil change. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe and Chris and what incredibly wonderful and caring people they are. Not only did Joe do our oil change quickly but the price was very reasonable. They also showed so much compassion and caring for my elderly, disabled parents. I will use Elledge Automotive Services for all of my auto repair and maintenance needs. read more

I work on five cars myself that are in my possession and I do a better job than these techs do!!. They charge you as though you walk into an attorney's office and discuss what is wrong with the car UNBELIEVABLE I just hope this review is looked over very carefully! Started noticing that every time we had something done (even an oil change) there ended up being something else (usually expensive) needed shortly there after. Ask for an evaluation for an issue, charged for evaluation and issue worsens? Final straw, after an oil change, oil leaking and causing major repairs ($1000+) needed to be done. And then issue not even resolved? Bad gasket? I think not. Bad practices? I think so. Don't be tempted by the coupons. Not to be trusted. We have learned our lesson. It was expensive. And hassle-filled.
