From the beginning, she felt they were very prejudicial about it, even saying "the insurance needed preauthorization" for a medication she had been taking for over a dozen years. When she called to ask what the issue was, they ran it again and it was just fine. Today, they called to say they couldn't fill the medication because the prescriber wasn't in the immediate area and they could only fill those from the immediate area. Mind you, they've filled it several times but they just "couldn't believe it hadn't been flagged before". It's from less than 3 hours away and insurance is perfectly fine-filled perfectly on time. Then it was a "Good luck finding another pharmacy!" This has been a terrible experience for my wife, who had been so happy to have the ease of a hometown pharmacy. I would suggest you avoid this pharmacy if you aren't a local or have a medication they may not agree with (Even if they don't know why you take it or your health history). It often concerns me that pharmacists have the power to make medical decisions that should be between a patient and their physician. I understand abuse of medications happens, but utilizing common sense happens, as well.

We made an appointment online and came here. The parking lot is big no parking issue and the interior is very clean. Walked up to the pharmacy counter and was greeted by the pharmacy tech who took our info and we waited in the waiting area. It was straight forward in and out. Staff was nice and helpful but the wait time from checking in to getting the vaccine was about 20 minute which was a little long. All in all, it was an ok experience.

She ultimately printed the 4x4 that I needed, but we were unable to locate the 8x10 that I was missing from my order. She did not refund me for the 8x10 (even though I paid for it) and only said that we were "even" for the 4x4 that she printed for me. Last year I had my picture Christmas cards printed at the same location and I was disappointed by the quality and the fact that they were slightly "off" when they were cropped.
