Austin was great - he was always available to answer my questions, was prompt to answer emails, and was great at keeping the entire process moving along. Refinancing during COVID-19 presented extra challenges - most people involved were working from home which made some processes a little tougher (especially in cases where my wet ink signature was required). Also, there were extra verification steps due to the uncertainty of the pandemic. Despite these challenges and the new way of working that we are all getting used to, the process was very smooth - and in the end I got a better rate.
