I had no knowledge of what damage was present in the unit or the severity of the damages by viewing the report because the pictures in the report were not that of my unit. I filed a Division of Real Estate Complaint against Steve and the inspector. Not only that, but I had to hire lawyers.... Steve will be communicative. He is friendly, and really enjoys the real estate process. He knows the personalities of buildings well, but at the time I worked with him, he was much more suited to be a rental or seller's agent than a buyer's agent. There are tons of realtors out there. Pick one who is much more detail oriented if you are buying site unseen. If you are purchasing something you will visit, stand over Steve and double check him.

I thought going out of the country for half of the selling process was going to be a problem but Steve took care of everything. He made the whole thing stress free because I knew he had my best interest in mind and worked really hard not inconvenience me with the 14 hour time difference.
