They are also a Premier Dixie Belle Paint Retailer which basically means that you'll be able to find any color or to order a paint color through them. If you're into DIY projects, then this is your place to shop or get ideas. They also sell local artisan crafts and gifts. It's filled with all kinds of beautiful eclectic pieces. It's perfect if you want to find that one piece of furniture that will make your room pop. I've only been there twice, and each time it was a great experience. The first time I visited was around Christmas time. The tree and wreaths were decorated so nicely. They had Rae Dunn pottery which I didn't see this time. I'm sure they are all sold out. I'm not a collector but I did love the doggie bowls and I had to get them. This last visit, I found an English blue & white Crown Ducal plate with scenes from Colonial times. I do have a lot of blue & white, and I probably didn't need this plate but it was calling my name. They had other things that caught my eye as well. Lots of beautiful items that they have restored. I'm so glad the denizens of Yelp had already reviewed this particular locale, because I knew I was in for a treat. I only spent a few bucks but I walked out with a fun assortment of treasures! I got some vintage domino pieces I plan to turn into jewelry as well as some old toy pieces, etc. There is such a random assortment of odds and ends, from pure vintage items to glorified junk--you have to be willing to commit to the search, which is half the fun. Wife suggested we get a stone top and make it a regular piece of furniture. Sounded like a great idea to me. We found A&S by accident happening to drive by going to someplace else. We stopped in, told the young lady whst we were looking for and off we went to the yard to look at rock. We found a nice looking remnant of quartz that would be good. We selected it, gave them the measurements and was told it would take about a week. Sure enough one week later we got the call that it was ready. We chose to pick it up ourselves. They loaded it in our truck snd off we went home very pleased. See the pic. You like? A&S got everything right and was super nice doing it. They came out initially and gave us "pool school" since we had never owned a pool before. Showed us how to maintain the pool and things to monitor and look for. I now go in weekly and have my water tested. They are very helpful and let us know if anything is ever off how to fix it. They meet me at my car almost every time and carry the chlorine jugs in for me to be filled and always carry them back out for me. Really great staff!

What a mess! I could never ever in good faith recommend this company to do a new build, refinish a…read morepool, or any major job for that matter. They may be just fine at cleaning pools. I don't know. I haven't used them for that but our experience with refinishing a pool, getting new tile, and all new marble deck, new screen, etc was a disaster. The project should've wrapped up in May and they're refusing to finish saying that we owe $900 (on a $80,000+ job) , but there are major, major, major, major major problems that they have not fixed. The owner's son, Tim, comes out and acts like the world's best salesman. Super patient and easy to talk to in the beginning, but once the project starts rolling, he cannot manage. I don't know if it's the stress or personal life on top of his job, but the immaturity and lack of professionalism was mind blowing. He use excuses like, " my wife is gonna kill me" when I inquired about things that just didn't look right. He refused to communicate with me after ignoring me for days when I finally contacted one of his contractors to inquire about something that was definitely not right and needed to be address. I so wish more than anything I never ever met this man and trusted him for this project. They did a TERRIBLE job- one that's not complete!
