Terrible terrible customer service at the pharmacy. I've asked to have my number added to the automative/text service multiple times to get updates on my prescriptions. Secondly, the drive thru signs SPECIFICALLY show over the counter medicines that you can pick up through the window. I asked for 2 of the medicines & was asked to come in the store for that.. I told them that I have a very sick infant in the vehicle with me and she's literally could not have cared less. Just wondering why they'd advertise medicine and not offer it. My son was very sick so I just ordered it delivery from my local grocery store. Rudest experience I've yet to have with a pharmacy. Don't they have any empathy or consideration for people coming there with illness or sick children? I guess not. read more

Awful customer service at the pharmacy. I had a dermatology prescription for a cream sent over in the morning, I went in the evening the same day and it wasn't ready and was told I would get a text. Not a big deal, but I finally come in three days later thinking it has to be ready by now, only for the woman to ask if I had it been placed at the right pharmacy. She finally finds my info and says it's not ready. After three days??? She says I can wait 15 mins or come back later. I chose to wait the 15 bc I'm not going to risk it not being ready later on. My sister has also had issues with the pharmacy and the man who works there being rude to her, only to change his attitude when he sees what her meds are for. I will definitely be changing where I fill my prescriptions. They have no concern for your time. They forget to fill your prescription here!! Choose somewhere else. read more

I'm not sure what the really bad reviews are for...this location between Nacogdoches and Judson is consistently very clean, orderly and the pharmacist are super nice! The cashier is always cool and welcomes guests as soon as they come in and make sure you leave with all your coupons and all of your bags. They are always stocked up with everything we need for the holidays. I like this branch and all of their convenient locations. For the most part I love getting coupons in my emails and send me deals on my favorite things to shop for so they are already sent to my CVS card so when I shop there my saved coupons on my card come in handy to save some Cha-ching! Lol. This is definitely my favorite go-to pharmacy! read more

Bleh. What kind of sick pharmacy puts locks on the restrooms? This place was fairly clean, I guess. It's just that the prices were outta sight on certain items. There's a big stock room that you can peer into to see if your out-of-stock product might be waiting to be put on the shelves. Parking is easy, and it's a convenient location. I don't get why they need to give a yard of receipt paper for simple purchases. read more

Almost 5 stars due to the higher prices, but this is probably one of the nicest and most organized CVS stores I've been to (even nicer than the Walgreens down the street) They have products the others don't. I only wish they were open 24 hours, maybe that's why it's a nicer CVS. read more

I wouldn't give the pharmacy at this location any stars if that was an option. CVS is my insurance's preferred location and I've been going to this location for a couple of months. I never fail to leave upset because of how poor the customer service is. My experience tonight has convinced me to stop using CVS completely and pay more for my medications. I needed a prescription filled for a procedure I am having the very next morning. I've called several times through the day trying to get some kind of information. The first time I called they told me they had no information on me at all. The second time I called I was trying to give them my information so I wouldn't have any issues when they sent in my prescription and suddenly they had all of my info including my insurance. Called a 3rd time they couldn't find any of my information. Finally when I received a call from my dentist's office I waited about two hours before I physically went down there and they suddenly had no information on me at all and no prescription for me. Went back a 2nd time to see if they could double check and nothing. Called customer service because I was confused and upset because I need this prescription and when the representative contacted them they suddenly had my information but no prescription. WHAT IS IT? How can you tell me you have nothing and then suddenly have it? More than once? The young man that went out of his way to help me tonight was wonderful but the two female employees were very hateful and made the situation that much worse. Hopefully I can still have my procedure in the morning. read more

Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. There is one tech in particular who is always rude and has zero manners every time I've come to pick up a prescription. This time I was at the drive thru and he told me you need to come inside to pickup this prescription which I've never had to do before. I asked why and he responded back with well we put it back on the shelf so it's not ready it's going to be 15-20 minutes and we have to take care of other customers. read more

Restrooms locked, you have to wait till the pharmacist isn't busy to open it. Then a disgusting and filthy facility awaits. If you have to go the last thing you want to hear is I'll be with you after I'm done. I have been to many cvs. And never encountered a keypad on the restroom. read more

This is your average cvs. The staff is generally nice but I've had to wait a couple of times for the photo counter manager. You can usually find some decent deals here as well. The pharmacy staff is nice and had a good experience getting a flu shot here. Overall nice but nothing to write home about. read more

I used this pharmacy for months wrongfully thinking it was the only place that accepted my insurance. They often have a ton of staff working but cannot deliver your medication within the time frame promised. It's usually 30-45 minutes later. Additionally I have dropped prescriptions off at the drive through and they've forgotten about them. My biggest problem is that they don't do as they say. Upon switching pharmacies I had all of my medications placed inactive but for two months I dealt with incessant calls reminding me to refill scripts. I went back and forth with staff saying they will put my prescriptions in active but the calls kept coming. I even canceled my text alerts and called the technical support line who informed me that my Rxs were not put in an inactive status. And today after asking if my number could be removed, I was hung up on by the supervisor. No, I didn't have any other questions, Sir. I was disappointed to switch because my former CVS was great but this location is not worth the hassle. I'd actually prefer to get my toddler out of the car and go in Target than go through the CVS drive through again. read more
