Excellent fade by Nelson, who immediately understood that my last cut elsewhere was a disaster and made it his mission to fix it. Nelson speaks as much English as I speak Spanish, but he's definitely fluent in the language of making follicle-challenged Primo look his best. Cut was $20. They accept Apple Pay and everyone was wearing a mask. The barber seats were distant enough from each other to make everyone feel safe and comfortable. I went to see Aberham today after calling in for an appointment. The shop it's self is very clean, great location. Showed him a picture of what I wanted (mid fade). Gave me the best fade cut I've had. Guy is an absolute pro!! If you are looking for that original barber shop feel and a detail oriented barber with some serious skills you NEED to go see Aberham. These guys were the best!! Went in with my two-year-old boy who absolutely hates haircuts, and they did a phenomenal job. Little back story... my two-year-old throws a tantrum every time a barber gets near him, which is quite embarrassing for this momma, but the barbers were so kind and understanding, they really did make me feel so much better. I was prepared for them to roll their eyes or do a lousy job just to be over and done with it, but they didn't! Our barber (believe his name was Nelson) was patient and took his time to really give him the best haircut. So happy I found this place and would definitely recommend it! read more

After trying another barber shop nearby who only had 2 barbers on duty, 9 customers waiting, and a 7:30 PM closing time looming, I used Yelp to find Shave around the corner. Shave has barbers on duty. I was greeted by the receptionist at the front desk and seated to await my turn. Manny is in the first chair and did a masterful job of providing a clean shaven haircut with no nicks, cuts, or missed spots. The atmosphere was clean and respectful. While I am not fluent in Espanol, I enjoyed the music the same. I heard no offensive lyrics and feel that I was treated fairly in price. My needs were met, and I am very appreciative. Customer service is awful, thy don't want to work- guy that is always sitting outside on the motorcycle you ask him for a haircut and he gives you attitude, if you don't want to work don't work but you guys aren't doing anyone a favor- you're getting paid to do this.
