I went in for tooth pain and it turned into a root canal that lasted all day. I was there first thing in the morning and held there until about 1pm. The root canal wasn't even complete, I had to make a second appointment. While the dental assistant was let out for lunch, I was in tears from the pain and wanted to leave before the final cleaning. Dr. Springer sat me down and told me to go through with it anyway. It's horrific to have your mouth open with hands in it for that length of time. When I went back for the actual filling of the root canal. Their doctor was rough and at one point tried to fit his whole hand in my mouth. In the end I have crowns that don't feel natural and will likely have them redone elsewhere. This place epitomizes why people hate going to the dentist.

He is an adult and continues to come despite now living an hour away. We love coming here. There have been small staff changes over the years however the loving environment, care of patients, detail and love remained. I had an appointment yesterday after a very long an exhausting day. It actually got better when I walked in and saw their faces. Pretty sure I fell asleep during my cleaning lol. I will continue to come here as long as I live in the DFW area. I live everyone here. They always remember us and conversations start where they last ended. They are so nice and friendly.

When there is a need to reschedule, it will 4-6 wks out. Additionally you can't be more than 15mins late NOT even a minute over. This difficultly in setting appt increases the treatment timeline. Be prepare to make ortho plan at this place a PRIORITY over school/life. I wish I knew about this issue before signing for the multi-year plan. Now I just feel stuck.

It was a really good turnout, I loved the tour, and its the most spacious comfortable place to come and have extensive work done on your mouth. * or just an annual cleaning * The place is beautiful, I absolutely didn't get enough pics * how dare me * I was admiring all there is to admire here. Patt is the smiling face that you see when you walk through the front door. She's the best, knows everyone and keeps everything running and on schedule at that office. I had Stacey today for the Invisalign installation and she was wonderful. Deanna checked me out after the appointment and scheduled my next one. She's so sweet and personable. The new Dr. Gopffarth (a local Keller kid, love that ) is phenomenal and a great asset to the practice. Keller is very lucky to have Dr. McReynolds and his expertise for so many years. Both of my boys went through braces with him and they are 37 & 38. Love the family feel at this place.

Because of the deployment my process had to be sped up because I could not deploy with the braces. When my braces were taken off there was a small gap in between my front teeth. I'm just returning from the deployment (Yay I'm alive) and I wanted to see if Smile Doctors Braces could correct this forced error. My consultation is set for Wednesday and I really hope that I'm able to get braces back on without being charged for a forced error. Wish me luck!! #SmileDoctors 21March 2019 ok that visit was great! I was told by other orthodontists that the Invisalign would not work due to my teeth being too…read morecrooked. Smile doctors were able to do them with no issues. My teeth are much straighter, not perfect but it solve my issue of biting my cheeks which would have caused me cancer if I had of continued according to my dental hygienist. It took two years and but this next tuesday 8-12-26 I get them off and my permanent retainers on so that's exciting. They will have to shave my front buck teeth to get them straighter but my teeth were really out of place so it was expected. My teen son got the Invisalign also but then did his own silly internet research which told him he shouldn't be wearing them so he stopped which was very aggravating due to him believing the internet over an orthodontist but when I called to tell them to take off his buttons because he gave up they were able to get him regular braces with no extra charges even after the two years of struggles to get him to wear them. He agreed that that's what he wanted since the all mighty internet said so. I did not expect them to do this and it was a great blessing for us. Thank you
