Cryo and sauna are must dos when you come here! Staff is always amazing and I really appreciate how careful and through they are when it comes to medical history when doing ivs. Other places I've been to will just hook you no questions asked and not cater to you specific, here they want to make sure you get the best possible iv treatment. Disappointing that now to get some IV vitamins you have to go through an extensive wellness check beforehand. I mistakenly misquoted some info about my medical history...my fault and while I did find a copy with the info they needed to verify the correct numbers...they no longer wanted to see it, and their NP decided to decline me as a patient until I could get a medical release from my physician. Waste of time for me unfortunately. It would have been better if I did the consult online but I don't think they are allowed to do that? So, I went to another IV vendor across town instead, one that I was already established with and was able to get my IV vitamins there and very little IV fluids were required so no issue with my blood pressure. Anyway, beware if you have any kind of medical history, to be judicious as to how you describe it to the providers as, if they hear anything that's a red flag, they may likely decline to provide you with services and you will have wasted 45 minutes of your day for nothing. Also, if you think you will likely need a medical release, perhaps ask if they can just give it to you up front so you can walk in with it already signed. That way you won't go through what I went through and waste your lunch hour just to be denied services by the oh so congenial nurse practitioner. read more

I'm so excited to have Restore in my neighborhood! They have so many services that help me recover faster from my workouts and feeling great! So far I've tried the compression therapy, red light therapy, and got a hydrafacial from Haley the esthetician. I love the compression pants! It's set up on a timer and goes through cycles of compression to help blood flow and lymphatic drainage. My legs feel brand new afterwards! Haley the esthetician was amazing and made my skin feel and look so healthy! She's wonderful. Next on my list to try is the cryo therapy and IV drip. I'm planning to get an IV immunity drip before our vacation to boost our immune system since we'll be taking a long flight. Highly recommend checking this place out. read more

I just joined Restore Hyper Wellness! I was sick as a dog for a few weeks. Feeling so drained and exhausted, I decided to try an IV. With their help I selected the meyers IV, and it was a total game changer! Later in the evening I felt more energetic, and the next morning I was good as new. Was very excited to join and tried a few services. I was so looking forward to IV Therapy and was told it would take a few days to feel the effect. I never received burst of energy I've felt from other IV Therapy Treatments. Therefore, I spent way too much money on something that didn't work. BEWARE: Canceling my membership took 3 - 4 unnecessary phone calls and during that time Restore continued taking money from my bank account and refused to refund any portion. After requesting management, I was told the owner Rachel would be contacting me, but connection never happened. She called once and left voice mail but when I called back, I was unable to speak with her nor would she return my calls or respond to my emails. read more

If you've missed out on the first month of Restore's amazingness and deals you truly are missing out. I'm so happy I stopped in to see what was going on at this place, after seeing people go in and out constantly. I'm so glad I did! I fell in love with everything they have to offer. Cryo, compression, red light therapy, sauna, hyperbaric chamber, IV hydration.....it's all simply feel-good modalities. I know it's new, but it is extremely clean. Everything is wiped down after being used, and after seeing that firsthand, it put me at ease that they were protecting their clients as people shift to different areas. Everyone is so friendly; you truly feel like you're walking into a group of friends. Steve welcomed me on my first day looking at it and made me a believer that I had to try everything. He was right too. Joe is always looking out for everyone and checks on you while you're there. McKenna is so sweet and treats you like a friend. The nurses are knowledgeable and experienced.
