I went to see Kathryn 2 weeks ago, who refilled my lashes the best she could, which was way more than I thought she'd be able to do. I was taken to a small room with a chair and was given an explanation of the treatment what to expect, how it will feel and the expected results. I felt very comfortable and looked after. That facial felt lovely. I came out feeling clean, refreshed and moisturized. I have also gone back to try the IPL photo facial I've had 2 sessions and that makes your face feel warm and the dark spots peel off after a few days. Every bad review that I have read, and as you can see there are many, is exactly what I experienced. She was extremely rude, cancelled appointments, advised in advance what I would expect to pay, because she did not want me purchasing the groupon, only to get done with the crappy eyebrow work, to be quoted a higher price. Not much I could do at that point. She advised it included a followup touchup. Which I was dreading to do, but I did pay for it. Well as of today, which has been a couple of months ago, she has not answered any of my texts, refused to offer me a refund and not only am I out extra costs, but my eyebrows look like ....SH.T! There are way to many others that offers this service, so please save your self some time, money and dont give her another opportunity to treat someone else this way. I could go on more.
