Car washes usually do a satisfactory wash and rinse. Non-commercial trucks is not a satisfactory wash. The timing is "Late" on the cycles and the rinse cycle leaves the entire front section covered in suds. I noted this twice to the attendants and the first man said the manager had reset the timings and he would let him know again. My next visit ended with the same results and I pointed this out to the "manager" on duty. He was obviously upset with the issue because he immediately defended his claim that he had reset the timings and could not fix it and he did not know what to do. Not a quality answer from a responsible person managing the business. I've used this business for many years and like the location, attendants and hours of operation. The degrading service is quite noticeable and repairs need to made to maintain a quality service.

Once you pull in off 192 you will find self service stations where you can prewash and scrub off some of those love bugs. Most of the time prewash may be unnecessary as the machine is pretty good on its own. Once you pull through someone will direct you to lineup with the washer track and spray some prewash soap on you. You will then enter this machine and get coveted in foam. Several sets of bush's will scrub you clean followed by a super hard blow job and some spinning polishing rollers. You may then roll over and use the vacuums at no additional charge.

Over the past year the quality has slowly gone downhill and the prices have gone up. They don't spend time doing your rims and brushing off your vehicle when you first pull in like they used to. They no longer ask you what scent you want in your car if you buy the full service package. If I pay $40 for a car wash and then come home and have to do it again it's frustrating. I even waited till the afternoon because I know weekend mornings are hectic and they rush. They were only three cars there when I was there this afternoon and they still did a poor job. I'm now on the lookout for a new go to car wash. The pictures below show a cup holder not even wiped out or vacuum , stickyness left by my five-year-old , the crumbs all along, right where you open the door and then after I did it myself. I paid for the four alarm graphing wash in part because they said they would wash the car prior to going through the car wash. Much to my disappointment on the other side of the car wash I still had bird poop on the hood of my car. You would think for $30 that they would get all the poop off. I was able to remove it myself afterward. The vacuums worked well and the air blower also works well. I would love to have given five stars, but just could not do it. Will I be back?
